How many cups of coffee is the right amount for you each day?
The short answer would be 3-5 cups a day! It'd depend on the length of my day 😌
It's midnight and I'm relaxed, petting George, my sister's handicapped gorgeous cat, while the moka pot does the job.

A curious fact about the amount of coffee I drink daily is that, lately, I've reduced the amount I pour in my cup. Up until a couple of months ago, I was drinking approximately 220 ml of coffee per cup. Now I'm fine with half that.

At the same time, I feel that caffeine has a stronger effect on me now. Maybe my inner coffee drinker is getting older, haha.

George is one of my sister's 8 cats, all rescued from the street. I have 3 of my own: a tabby and her domino daughter, plus a calico. Flecha, Horacia, and Canela. And there's Charlie, our special guest; he's black with a black bow tie.
I also have a calico ❤️. About the cats, I'm actually talking right now with a lady on the phone, maybe I'll buy another bengal cat. If there arent enough cats in my yard hahahaaa 😂
The thing about that cat cafe....maybe one day I'll tell you more about it but believe it or not...it may happen very soon!😌

These measures are recommended, I drink less than 2 to 4 cups, my internal coffee drinker is also aging, I can't drink coffee in the afternoons and evenings, I don't sleep. We will continue enjoying our cups while we can, for many cups☕☕☕

Three to five cups is also my usual consumption. Of course, this is not always the case, sometimes I consume two cups for one reason or another.

George is the sweetest one; we rescued him after he'd been hit badly and left to die on the road five years ago. He looks you in the eye like a person, hugs you and kiss you. Coffee with George is one of the best you'll ever have 😻

3-5 cups feels pretty standard for me now. I don’t think there is a real coffee lover who can live on one or two cups daily. 😁

My doctor wouldn't allow me to drink coffee when I was pregnant. I didn't care because I felt nauseous with the slightest smell of coffee during my pregnancy, so.__
I know, here some doctors advice pregnant women not to consume coffee, but others’ opinion is to consume it, but no “overdose” with it. I think that two cups of arabica coffee won’t harm any pregnant woman.
I think I would've had some coffee during my pregnancy despite the doctor's opinion, at least a little every day 🙈🙊 but I couldn't stomach it.
I drink two cups when I wake up, one for breakfast, and maybe a fourth when I meet with a family member or friend.
The two in the morning are the ones that activate me in an energetic way to overcome all the challenges of the day and achieve my goals.

Many years ago I heard a doctor say that human beings needed a cup of coffee when they woke up to activate themselves during the day. That it would give him the power to face the daily challenges.
So I said to myself that I'd better drink three cups of coffee just in case my energy would drop because many times the challenges seem to multiply and also because the coffee I drink is very tasty.

Oh, I do something similar. I have my first cup at dawn. Then I have another one with my husband when he wakes up. The third one is right after breakfast. I totally need at least those first two cups to feel I'm fully awake and ready to face my day.

These days a friend of mine invited me to drink coffee at her house and she served it to me baptized. Yes, she added a touch of Frangélico and I found it delicious.
The next day I found out that we finished all the coffee, we had drank the whole bottle and I didn't go home.
