Brewed Coffee With Peach Juice Over Watermelon Chunks. It is a great pleasure to be back with you, coffee lovers. It is always special to offer you some combination, where the energy, aroma and flavor of our great and powerful coffee is present. When we go to any coffee shop, we can observe the great variety of coffees that are sold there; and that is when it comes to our mind why not be creative and prepare our own combinations. It is then when the creative machine starts to work and looks for elements that are propitious for it, and although we know that coffee will always predominate, any other element that serves to accompany it, will give it its magical touch.
In this case; I had at home the fabulous frozen watermelon in chunks, the rich peach and our energetic coffee. The point is that since it is a cold drink, the idea is to substitute the ice with the frozen watermelon; besides substituting the hot water to brew the coffee with the peach juice. You will see that this is something unique, healthy and that it gives that special touch to the coffee; make no mistake, it is not a juice, because at the end you will notice that, although there are three elements included, the flavor of the coffee will be above the others; of course, the flavor of the watermelon and the peach will be there. Now; all this combination will be full of a lot of energy, and the vitamin contribution that we are going to receive is great; let's say no more and let's get to the preparation of this recipe.

....What I need....
Let's all enjoy the ingredients that will be the protagonists of this recipe; do not miss it, because it is something unique that you are going to witness:
- 30 grams of frozen watermelon in chunks.
- 1 large peach.
- 1 measure of coffee powder.
- Half a teaspoon of sugar.
- 40 milliliters of water.


.... Procedure 1....
First of all; we are going to blend our peach and to do so, we cut it into pieces and add it in the blender. We add all the water and proceed to blend. Now; while the peach is being blended, we serve the watermelon in pieces in the glass that will receive the coffee brew with the peach juice. Remember that this is a cold drink and we are going to substitute the ice for the frozen watermelon.





.... Procedure 2....
In this step; we take our cloth strainer, add the coffee powder and add the sugar. Now; we place the strainer over the glass with the watermelon and proceed to pour the juice coming from the blender. We see how little by little our glass fills up with this magical drink.

We already have our drink ready and we observe that sensational color; it really looks exquisite to the eye and as well as it looks it is also exquisite to the palate. This is a unique combination; because besides enjoying the drink, when we finish it, we have tasted the watermelon that has absorbed the flavor of the powerful coffee; we certainly enjoy it twice. Café Colado Con Jugo De Melocotón Sobre Trozos De Sandía. Es un grato placer volver a estar con ustedes, amantes del café. Siempre es especial ofrecerles alguna combinación, donde esté presente la energía, el aroma y el sabor de nuestro grandioso y poderoso café. Y es que cuando vamos a cualquier local, podemos observar la gran variedad de cafés que allí venden; y es cuando nos viene a la mente ¿Por qué no ser creativos y preparar nuestras combinaciones?. Entonces es allí cuando la máquina creativa comienza a funcionar y busca elementos propicios para ello, y aunque sabemos que el café siempre va a predominar, cualquier otro elemento que sirva de acompañarte, le dará su toque mágico.
En este caso; tenía en casa la fabulosa sandía congelada en trozos, el rico melocotón y nuestro energético café. La cuestión es que como es una bebida fría, la idea es sustituir el hielo con la sandía congelada; además de sustituir también el agua caliente para colar el café, con el jugo de melocotón. Verán que se trata de algo único, saludable por demás y que le da ese toque especial al café; no se equivoquen, no es un jugo, porque al final notarán que, aunque hayan tres elementos incluidos, el sabor del café estará por encima de los demás; claro está, el sabor de la sandía y del melocotón estarán allí presentes. Ahora; toda esta combinación estará llena de mucha energía, y el aporte vitamínico que vamos a recibir es grandioso; no se diga más y vamos a la preparación de esta receta.

....Que Necesito....
Vamos todos a disfrutar de los ingredientes que serán protagonistas de esta receta; no se la pierdan, porque es algo único que van a presenciar:
- 30 gramos de sandía congelada en trozos.
- 1 melocotón grande.
- 1 medida de café en polvo.
- media cucharadita de azúcar.
- 40 mililitros de agua.


.... Procedimiento 1....
En primer lugar; vamos a licuar nuestro melocotón y para ello, lo cortamos en trozos y lo agregamos en la licuadora. Agregamos toda el agua y procedemos a licuar. Ahora; mientras se licúa el melocotón, servimos la sandía en trozos en el vaso que va a recibir el colado del café con el jugo de melocotón. Recordemos que es una bebida fría y vamos a sustituir el hielo por la sandía congelada.





.... Procedimiento 2....
En este paso; tomamos nuestro colador de tela, agregamos el café en polvo y agregamos el azúcar. Ahora; colocamos el colador sobre el vaso que tiene la sandía y procedemos a vaciar el jugo proveniente de la licuadora. Vemos como poco a poco se llena nuestro vaso, con esta mágica bebida.




....Vamos a Degustar....
Ya tenemos lista nuestra bebida y observamos ese color sensacional; de verdad que a la vista esto se ve exquisito y así como se ve también es exquisito al paladar. Esta es una combinación única; porque además de disfrutar de la bebida, al terminarla, hemos saboreado la sandía que ha absorbido el sabor del poderosos café; ciertamente disfrutamos por partida doble.
