By having at least 64 LOLZ (but less than 128), you can tip !LOLZ only 2 times a day starting June 1. 🤓 The bot's time zone is UTC, because your allowed tips refresh just after midnight in UTC time. 😏

I don't know what you are referring with "cookie". 🤯 Anyway, it's typical for tip tokens to require bigger holdings over time to ensure that the price of each token does not get too low. 🤓
