Normally when ever I do a Sunday post (which I look forward to all week), I start by telling what all made my day so sublimely beautiful. It could be some fantastic food or perhaps some lovely scenes of life. However, today, there was neither of those standard items to report on.
So is this some fancy caramel topping for some 8 inch thick angel food cakes that took me hours to prepare?

As yummy as it looks to my starving self right at the moment, it could be. In fact I wish it was. Yet sadly no. Lets take a step back, shall we?
Ah yes! That is more like it. Tis my fate, to forever be working... Le sigh.
Although there is not a humongous surface to cover at first blush, one must realize there are a million little cracks to try to fill in...while on the ladder...

It really was only saying 20% chance for rain. Did someone say Charlie Brown luck?!? Of course once I finished the job, the rain stopped as well 😔

Doesn't look like a very relaxing Sunday, but I know it feels good to get a task finished, especially if it included painting or staining. Glad that one is out of the way.
