Yes of course my neighbor got a nice new Bennington pontoon. Can you say $$$ as in mucho dinero? A 25 footer with a nice 300hp Merc is just north of 100g's. Hey I cant even afford to gas one anymore :( Of course our little spot on the water is sans dock and sans boat... What a miserable year, am I right?!?
It was indeed Father's Day here in the US. A day that is set apart to honor fathers. In my mind such a day should include a fair amount of pampering and relaxing for dad...
Pfft As If! But I can wish, right. Wishing is still free, no?
As can be plainly seen from the Father Day gifts, my future surely will consist of more work or a casket, that much I can assure you!
I have never used one of these orbital multi tools, but they are really the rage. I have seen guys us them and always thought it would be handy to have one. I am a fan of Rigid tools. They just seem to work without any extra fanfare or fan-boying.
These things can do everything, so I am looking for dishes scrubber...

I cut up the last piece of old heavy 10 foot dock. Cutting and trimming the jungle a bit.
Who ever (if anyone does) buys this place will drop 50 to 100 on landscaping, so I am not going over board. The way it is going, perhaps I could trade the house for a full tank of diesel?!?
Ben's idea to tear into the janky steps I had temporarily put in. I helped him dig out some root balls, but the rest is on him. I mean its not like we are in a hurry to sell the place. Real estate is moving like a jet pointed straight at the ground, so what's the rush?!? Plus, I liked my old stairs, janky or not lol.
For sustenance, I did broil up some taters and found a little spot amongst the cans of paint to wolf down a Father's Day favorite!
I hope you all are doing much better than I am. For now, I will just keep livin that dream baby!

It is in Ben's interest to have the house sell for more money! It's his inheritance we are talking about. You know, in case that workload puts you in the ground. Sheesh! You can't blame a boy for trying, can you?
All kidding aside, there is always a lot of work to get a house up for sale, especially when you have lived there a while. Good luck in making your goal. Seems like you are chugging right along!!
