Hello everyone, how are you doing today? This is going to be Week 31, Edition 03 of our Weekly Featured Content.

So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our third topic for the week which is, “REVERSE ROLE MODEL”.

But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “STAYING FIT”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about their routines for being fit.

We got to learn about the different measures our members take when it comes to working out and being in top physical condition. And it was indeed an enlightening topic.


For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w31e2 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. And so, the posts that will be featured not just for their exceptional content, but also for their level of engagement with other authors will be listed below:

MY FITNESS ROUTINE AND THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING FIT by @justfavour


This author told us about how he tried working out at a gym and it was not funny for him at all. He never tried it again, but he does other forms of exercise like playing football and walking. And so far, these have helped to keep him in good condition.

FIT MIND, FIT BODY by @jane1289

This author let us know the value of not only working out to stay fit, but also eating healthy foods that will help as well. After all, it would not really make sense if we are working hard to be fit but we are eating things that will cancel that effect. So, with exercise and with good food, we really can have a fit body and a fit mind.


MY ROUTINE TO BE FIT KEEPS ON CHANGING by @rosecane


This author told us that he had started working out right from an early age, back when he had been hoping to get into the army. Later on, he joined the gym and took his body goals further. But then, with getting a job and other responsibilities, all that reduced significantly. But now, he has been able to get back at it and it is now part of his daily routine.
