Hello everyone, how are you doing today? This is going to be Week 36, Edition 02 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our second topic for this week which is, “US OR OUR FOREFATHERS”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us their thoughts on that particular phrase and if they have had such situations before.
We got to hear the different ways customers have tried to take advantage of business just because of that phrase, and also how such customers were handled.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w36e1 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. This author told us about how he had to learn how to deal with customers, by woking in close contact with them. There will always be those who tend to cross the line, and he had to make sure that he put his business first at all times.

This author also told us about how he had to deal with defaulting customers as a loan collector. This is one line of work where customers wwill purposely choose to be difficult, so he gave us the tips on how he was able to handle his tough customers and still record positive results. It was an enlightening post indeed.
For this author, he had quite an experience with a particularly stubborn customer who just could not be satisfied with what he was doing, no matter how much he delivered it to her taste, there was always something to complain about. It took a lot, but he was able to get past that phase. You can know how he did it when you read the full story.
