So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our second topic for this week which is, “END OF THE YEAR”.

But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “ONE GREAT LESSON”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the one lesson the year 2022 taught them.

We got to see how many of us used the situations we went through to make ourselves better as individuals. We all made mistakes and we learned from them. And we learned from others as well. And we are leaving the year wiser than when we got into it.

For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w42e1 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. This author had a lot to learn regarding finances. From falling victim to ponzi schemes to bad trading plans on the crypto market. But he did not let that deter him. He picked himself up, learned his lesson, and moved on. And now, he is no longer going to make the same mistakes he had done in the past. And he reminds us that it gets worse before it gets awesome, so we should not give up.

This author told us that the great lesson the year taught her was the act of being intentional. She defined it as doing things in the right way and at the right time. Being intentional is what helped her come this far, and it also got to help her to become a better version of herself. And she is grateful for that.
