Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Hope you are having a great time. This is going to be Week 51, Edition 02 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last week Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our second topic for this week which is, “THE FIRST ENCOUNTER”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “THE SUBJECT”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the one subject they would enjoy teaching if they had the opportunity. Any subject at all they feel they would find it easy to share the knowledge.
We got to see the different subjects our members were quite good at when they were in school, their favorite subjects, and how they would enjoy sharing the knowledge. It was an enlightening topic indeed.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w51e1 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. TEACHING MY FAVOURITE SUBJECT by @kushyzee
This author told us about how he would teach his favorite subject which is Computer Science. He already has experience teaching the subject and he has found that it is something he enjoys doing. Helping people out with their computer devices, and letting them know what was wrong with it. He also mentioned that he would enjoy teaching Biology as well, seeing as he liked it back in High School.
This author told us about how he is a math teacher presently. He has been one for the past three years. It is not a subject that is easy to like, but once a person develops the fondness for the subject, it becomes really interesting for the person. That is how it was for him as well, and now he is teaching it to others.
I LOVE SOCIAL MEDIA SO I WILL TEACH MEDIA SUBJECTS IN SCHOOL by @idayrus
For this author, he will take pleasure in sharing his knowledge on social media. We can all agree that social media is now very much a part of our lives, and soon it will be a compulsory subject that will be offered in our schools. This is a great choice.
