So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on the second topic for this week which is “PERFORMANCE ENHANCERS”

But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “EMPLOYEE BENEFITS”.

This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about their places of employment and how much they were enjoying it. There are a number of benefits that come from working in a particular place. Some may be by design and others could be by chance. Each benefit is unique to the individual and the place of employment.

We got to see just how enjoyable working at such places was for members. As long as the passion was there, there will always be something to be happy about in the workplace.

And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. This author told us about the benefits of being a teacher and how despite being stressful, he enjoys it a lot. He has a strong passion for it that makes it easy for him to remain in the job despite the challenges it poses. And then, the sports is also another factor to consider. It's a job he'll always enjoy.

THE IMPORTANCE OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND A HEALTHY WORK CULTURE by @bhattg

For this author, one major benefit of his job is the fact that it's close to his home and he doesn't get to work every day, leaving him time to do other things as well. Then, with a friendly working environment, the place is a dream for anyone at all. It sure comes with a lot of benefits.

FINDING STABILITY AND BENEFITS IN A COMPETITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT @guury123

For this author, he told us about how working at his organization was great. It had a great work-life balance and it also gave him loads of time to spend with his family. Although there are things that have to be changed with the company, it's enough for him to remain there so far.
