Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Hope you are having a great time. This is going to be Week 83, Edition 01 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our first topic for this week which is “EQUAL PAY”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “A BETTER WORLD”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the things they did to make they world a better place. A better world is not just for the governments of the world to provide for us. We also have to play our part to ensure we’re all going to be happy and peaceful in it.
We got to see tthe different ways members of the community did one or two selfless acts. It takes little acts like this to actually move the world, because if we keep on waiting until we have all the power to enact global change, then we’re never going to make any changes. It was an enlightening topic indeed.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w82e3 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. This author told us about how she took charge in her community. They had a severe case of littering and it was always affecting their estate, clogging the drainage system and causing floods. She took it upon herself to educate her neighbors and it worked out greatly!
For this author, he told us about how much he enjoys volunteering for various events. Chief of which is the A Piece Of Hope Charity event. It’s something he does gladly even though he gets nothing in return. He’s looking forward to the next edition in the coming month. It’s really a sweet gesture.

This author told us that changing the world for the better is a collective responsibility and one of the easiest ways to do that is to strive to preserve nature. We all have a duty to the planet and seeing as it’s our home, we need to take good care of it at all times because once we lose it, we’ll have nowhere else to go.

I have come to know that all workers are generally declared equal in terms of status. He said, workers are friends of Allah. Islam has told the worker to be efficient, trustworthy and responsible.
