Hey.... hey hello to all and an excellent day, well for today appreciated all, it is important to know and to know about the boredom, since it also forms part of our life and emotions, well according to my philosophy or my signature to see the thing I consider that it is good to occupy the mint in recreational distractions and of exercises for the skill, due to the fact that our brain does not rest neither when we sleep, because it is in charge of recreating the dream, well it is considered that boredom is considered an emotional state in which the person does not find anything that interests him in his time, notice that it is associated that he is unable to find the motivation that encourages him to get involved in some activity, but as I said it all depends on what we want to do and occupy us both recreational and distracting.
Considering that boredom is something transitory that we experience, research and great expert studies in this branch, attribute that in the periods that we are children it is appropriate that they go through periods of boredom, so they can learn to deal with that feeling and do not need another stimulus to contract that emotional sensation. I also start from the following good in the ages of adolescence, as in my case which I have experienced can lead to impulsive or excessive actions without sense, one must become aware of their actions, think about doing something that makes us grow as people, in the future we will be carriers of spokespersons of a new generation of relay.
