Woohoo ππ, I am very happy upon seeing this particular topic, the joy in my heart knows no bound all because this particular topic brought back old memories, not just old but beautiful and lovely memories of my high school days...
This is another hidden talent of mine, it is not hidden actually but I bring it out when the need arises but I keep it alive by making use of it in my leisure time and that has made the fire to keep on burning and flaring...
A lot of people know me as a writer and a blogger, let me shock you all today, writing is not my only talent but it is part of my talents, I have many talents but I have been able to fully utilize few of them and they have indeed been my identity since high school up until now and it will still be the same in the near future...
Self discovery has really helped me a lot in finding out my talents and with it I found out I am very good at writing and also giving a talk in front of an audience including a crowd...
I have been able to create a name for myself in highschool because of these talents because back in highschool, I am always among the representatives of my school in any quiz and debate competition both in the school and outside the school...
Debate is my favourite extra curriculum activities and with hardwork I have been able to fully utilize them and now I can boldly face the crowd and give them a talk on any given topic provided I am learned in that aspect...

So seeing the topic of today as talk, it just brought back old memories and it left me with a smile because it reminded me of the cheering and clapping back in high school days...
Okay friends enough of the reminisce about my beautiful past memories and let's focus on the present...

If I am given 15 minutes with an audience to talk to them on any topic of my choice, I will go for LOVE and nothing else...
You all might be suprise on why I decide to go with love as a topic of my choice, fret not guys because the next paragraphs will be full of REASONS why I choose to talk on love....
Love is not only beautiful and painful, it is also very complicated and hard and without understanding the depth and virtual meaning of love, most of us will always make the wrong decision when it comes to love and that is because of our inability to fully understand the nook and crannies of the word LOVE..
WHY LOVEβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ???
Love has really caused a lot of things in this modern age and time, a lot of beings has fallen victims to love and it's trouble's including the younger generation...
The term civilization has really spoilt a lot of things in this time and age, as we all know that there is positive and negative side to all things, this term also applies to love too..
I am going to share a particular incident with you all today, I was in my friends house some weeks ago and he was telling about the issue he had with his girlfriend and as a friend I was trying to know the whole story before giving out any advice to them...
My friend has a younger brother who just graduated into jss3, he was with us all the time we were talking about this things and as my friend was telling me about it all and I was understanding the problem and where the fault came from, his brother entered the conversation and was talking about the problem like he has experienced it before...
My friend and I were shocked and we both shut up and listened to him speak and when he finished, he went inside and left us in the parlor and we were stunned because all he told us was 80 percent fact...
He virtually took the words out of my mouth day, he was very serious while conveying his message to us, I was very stunned because it was like he was peeping into my heart to know what I wanted to say and that was how he won our attention that day and gave that beautiful contribution β βοΈ
I was enlightened by his words even as young as he is, he defined love and explained the mistakes most people make in relationship like someone who is in one or has experienced one, we never can tell, that can be his gift, I won't lie, I was amazed, suprised and happy lol.
Upon hearing him speak, he said something about everyone wanting to be in a relationship whenever something struck them in their heart, they don't sit down to sort out their feelings and they conclude it's love and at the end, it becomes a sham..
I realized I was like that too in my younger days, I was always crushing and liking girls but it was when I started growing up and reading about love and relationships I began to understand the deep meaning of love and relationships...
I read books and saw events and these things helped me better in the journey of love, after reading and learning new things, I realized love is not just a feeling, it is more than a feeling and that there is more to the four letter words LOVE..
In summary, I realize that in this modern age and time, a lot of people has misunderstood love and made the wrong choice because of that misconception of love and I have decided to explained everything I know about love to my audience in just that 15 minutes...
In conclusion, we need to know more about love and not jump on any feelings we have towards an opposite gender and call it love and at the end, we regret and fall on false hopes which tend to bring our best and bright side down...
The misconception of love need to be settled, the public need to understand what love is all about, they need to know that love is not just feeling but something more...
NB : Let's not just jump on any random feeling from our heart and call it love..

I totally agree, someone people we fall in love with were supposed to be just friends and maybe neighbor,bit we tend to walk according to our emotions not really considering if we truly love and appreciate the person for who they are. We just need to be careful some people are better off friends that being our lovers. Thanks for sharing

I made a post yesterday.
The word βLoveβ has been turned upside down that makes many people go into it with the wrong mindset and mentality. There is an indepth meaning to this word and no one should rush into it.
At first, while we were growing up, when we have feelings for someone, we think it's love but no, it's infatuation because at that point, we haven't seen or experienced life beyond that point and we only based the love on the looks and attraction of a particular person. When we keep growing, we realize we have been missing it because we tend to see more attractive people than who we ever saw. But does that measure love? Never!
Love is beyond attraction but sacrifice and commitment. If you must love, you are saying you are ready for a commitment and sacrifice things to make the love grow.
So many people have been deceived by this word because they haven't sat down to think deeply what it really means.
May God help us in this century to understand what love truly is and what it is based on.

I totally agree, there are lots of misconceptions about love. Nowadays, lust of the flesh and material possessions has been the order of the day not love. We all need to be careful how we claim to love others, I believe some people are better off as friends than lovers.
