There says no massacre in this link during 1920s.

There was an on-going war and from Izmir up to Ankara had been invaded by the Greeks. Turks started a counterattack from the central-west of Anatolia up to Izmir and defeated them in Izmir in the last phase. Thus, massacre to whom by who? It is known as Izmir's Fire, never heard as massacre. The writer of wiki might be a Greek.
