ART SCRIBBLE TURNS INTO FREE SPIRIT WITH NEW SHOES

Hi!
Today I´m posting the scribble done by Miguel Puig, a friend for many years. The father of one of my best friends in High School who was such a kind hearted local Doctor. He was a great teacher to me in many ways though his love for music, travels around the world, stones and loved good dining. Both him and his wife were such open minded wonderful people. His wife Cati passed away last year from a heart attack and he soon after developed brain cancer. I last met him in November and he seem to be doing better but it seems that it took a worse turn and he decided to not fight against it. I got a scribble in my notebook that day we had lunch together with his two granddaughters, daughter, son in law and us. I was just turning his scribble into a drawing the evening he passed away. So this one is a little homage to Miguel Puig. I should, by order, post his granddaughters first, but as I just got back from the funeral I wanted to post his first.
This was Miguel´s scribble he did for me back in November.

Here is a pic of him at one of my exhibitions back in 2017.

It was hard to say goodbye, but I´m happy his suffering is over.
I keep such precious memories.

All your drawings fascinate me, but this one seems very nice
ideal for the illustration of a children's story.

yes, that is an idea, the thing is that this is very wild at the moment, so to confine these beings to a story means reproducing them in various ways and that brings mechanicity to the process. I don´t disguise it, just need to find the way to go about this keeping the same spirit.
