We do have two sets of kitchen knives. The global, and well, whatever the other ones are. The other ones have a brilliant knife holder though.

I have one of those magnetic boards for storage, it works really well.

That is hilarious. I so want that now 😃 Though cooking for a living, I still don't have a knife block. Just old plastic cups and jars to old the cutlery. My kitchen is 2x2m, so space is always an issue.
I wish I had more bench space. My wife leaves things on the benches, I'm forever putting them back into cupboards. Doesn't matter how much bench space we have, in any house we've lived in (and that's a lot) - this one has the most bench space, and it has the most on it.
That's cool!
Notice the missing slot in the global holder, though?
