It's not what I bought online.
I remembered that years ago, when I was in Venezuela, I bought an item on the online platform "traetelo.com." I paid for it with a credit card and it arrived at my doorstep within the next 10 days.
I received the box, well-wrapped, with bubble wrap to protect the purchase. Upon opening it and inspecting the contents, something caught my attention: the model didn't match the one offered, despite having a label indicating it did.
I decided to take some photos to file a complaint, and using a video, I removed the sticker, and surprise, the sticker was covering the actual model. Someone had definitely switched the item.
I provided proof, and about 15 days later, I received another package in equally secure condition, but this time the contents did contain the item I had bid and paid for. In the end, I kept both items, two generations apart in technology. The seller didn't want me to return the first one; I never knew why…

Recordé que hace años, cuando me encontraba en Venezuela, compré un artículo en la plataforma en línea “traetelo.com”. Fue pagado con tarjeta de crédito y me llegó a la puerta de la casa en los siguientes 10 días.
Recibí la caja, buen envoltorio, con papel de burbujas para proteger la compra. Al abrirlo y revisar el contenido, algo me llamó la atención, y es que el modelo no correspondía con el ofertado, pese a que tenía una etiqueta que decía que sí.
Decidí tomar unas fotos para poner la denuncia correspondiente y mediante un video, retiré la etiqueta adhesiva y sorpresa, la etiqueta tapaba el verdadero modelo, definitivamente, alguien me había cambiado el artículo.
Suministré las pruebas y unos 15 días después, recibí otro paquete en igual condiciones de seguridad, pero esta vez el contenido sí contenía el artículo por el cual había ofertado y pagado. Finalmente, me quedé con los dos artículos, con dos generaciones en tecnología de diferencia. El vendedor no quiso que devolviera el primero, nunca supe por qué…
