I Went To Taco Bell With My Brother 3.21.2025

So I am used to just walking up to the window and ordering something. But I had to use their computer touch screen. I ask the lady if I could just order from her, but she said we had to order through the screen, and she came around and I told her what I wanted, and she punched it in.

So we have to use the screen. I did try to use the screen, I touch it and nothing happened. They should have a start button, then one can start off with that button. You se I did touch the screen at first, but my hand, gave no reaction to the screen.

So right there I had no interest in moving forward and wanted to order from the girl behind the counter.

You know I didn't notice many people in the place. Customer service is still king and these touch screens, I think I would make them more user friendly.

So if I wanted to order without using the touch screen I would just go through their drive through.

Another thing I notices is that there used to be signs of the products and how much they cost. That is missing from behind the counter. So people won't even know how much things cost until they get further in the touch screen.

You know In and Out Burger is more of a customer service type of fast foods. You walk up to the counter and you order and the person punches it in. I like that better.

I don't want to try to figure out someone else's computer.

I don't know if I will go back to that Taco Bell again, on my own that is. If my brother wants to go there I will still take him there, but I might talk him into going to In and Out Burger as their price pretty much stayed the same and you still get good customer service and at a good price.

For sure I don't want to use the computer at Taco Bell again.

At least when I go to say, Burger King, there is the computer there, but I can still wait and order from the girl behind the counter.

Maybe Taco Bell, well the Taco Bell that I went to should have that option too, to either use the computer or order from the girl behind the counter, and they should bring back the signs behind the counter with the products and their price.

Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, with Jesus speaking, And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. Matthew 5:41.
