Tournament, my personal experience: I am a 46 year old man struggling with some overweight, the last few months I have tried to discipline myself with a workout program, I am doing exercises through a mobile application that is helping me to combat this overweight.
Logically this was not always like this, generally I always had a tendency to put on weight, only that my physical activity in the days of my youth helped me to maintain my physical shape.
I was always interested in sports and I was very active in all the sports I could practice, but I was always very outstanding in futbolito or indoor soccer, with my friends in the neighborhood we had a very outstanding team and we were always participating in the tournaments that were organized in our sector and the neighboring sectors.
In those days the performance of our team helped us to be included in the municipal selection of indoor soccer to three of four of us including our goalkeeper.
The truth of the matter is that these days passed and now I find myself in the situation I mentioned at the beginning of the publication, struggling to maintain my physical shape, more than anything else to stay healthy.
Two months ago after many years some friends from my youth invited me to play a master tournament, now 46 years old, with a knee injury and very overweight we set out to play this tournament which I enjoyed a lot, not for the results but for the fact of remembering and experiencing that indescribable sensation I felt when we had to play an important game like a final, it was a great experience that I will surely repeat as long as I can walk.
The tournament motivated me to start this training program trying to recover some form, (as far as I can) to go to the event in better conditions when required.
So I encourage you to do some physical activity, I am sure it will be very good for your health and will make you feel much better.
