Do you know how to fly kites? Have you flown any of them in your childhood?
I did, too many memories with this. To be honest, I do still have that roller with the threads used for flying kites. These are special, take some extra efforts to make them worth flying in the sky to survive amidst the other kites.
Everything in life we do is relatable to one another, to the ultimate laws of life. Just like the kites, for example, I too have someone in my possession, a soul that is bound with me. Now it's on me how I'm gonna make it fly, will it get fallen on the grounds or be cut by other kites is on me of how I'm flying, right?
But back to the basics, like how do we get started? To fly a kite, we start by letting it loose, obviously up to a certain level, so that it doesn’t get too low due to the loose threads. Also, we do make sure that it doesn’t get too far to bring back. Yeah, it happened to me many times, the kite was so far and so up in the sky, whenever I tried to roll back it got cut and I ended up losing my kite.
That's like in our lives as well. We can't always keep the thread tight; with a heavy breeze, the thread may get cut. We surely feel the tightness in our hands on the roller. What do we do then? Keep losing threads, keep losing, and losing. But up to a certain level, otherwise it will get lost and out of control.

The person bonded with me, I'm giving it loose, seeing how it behaves. As the wind is against me and I can't force it against the wind, I must lose it a little bit to pull again as soon as I get a chance. Now? I don't have any chance but to let it loose and see how far it goes, how it behaves, and once I get the chance, I'm gonna get hold of it. At the end of the day, we take our kites back from the sky and set for home.
This control and timing are very crucial. It can make or break a relationship in scattered pieces. I just pray and hope that I don't end up making a mess because I cannot afford to lose here, beyond my affordability. The tied person is indifferent to these, enjoying the free flow due to my loosened grip, but completely unaware of the chances of getting lost in the skies. I bet that person doesn't want to get lost either, but it's also true that the freedom in the sky is tempting.
So yeah, no matter how tempting it is to be in the sky, or thrilling to fly the kite, there is always a risk of getting lost in nowhere. As the thing is too costly to replace so the control should be like that, minimising the risk as much as possible.
