Today, we must value everything we have, life, health, our family, our home, our goods, that is why I consider that we must learn to be better consumers, considering that the modern consumer society is saturated.

We are used to the fact that every day there is something new in stores, that a couple of months after the product launch, there are sales and promotions, and then new collections. This dazzles and attracts our attention, especially women.

That is why we do not always value what we have and pursue the new. Even if we don't really need it, but it was cheap or I just liked it.

Imagine there is a lot of goods falling into landfills, where it will decompose for centuries. For example, some fashion brands destroy unsold products, as giving them big discounts or second-hand sales would be detrimental to their reputation.

But we do not analyze this situation, we simply buy to be fashionable, the fashion that advertising sells us, that attracts us, because of those marketing techniques that entrepreneurs use. But these great entrepreneurs live on the consumer. Buying, buying and buying can even become a vice, a disease, which can even lead to ruin and leave many debts.

I would like to recommend that we learn to consume less, use longer and recycle more than you have.

In the case of clothing, check your wardrobe well and seriously think about whether you need something else, when buying think carefully about your need even if you sell it at a great discount.

If you think you have a lot of time with the same clothes, I advise you to throw it away, as well as being a sin, it can do you two things, to help someone who needs it and because you can sell it to collect money and renew your clothes.

Just don't throw things away, you can always find where to attach them - give them to friends who need it for recycling. The most important thing is not to send things to rot in the garbage can.

You can even repair clothes, sew a small hole or replace a zipper is not so difficult, in any workshop they will do it for a small amount.

Consider buying second hand, although this is not suitable for everyone, but sometimes there is not much difference between second hand clothes and a dress in a fashion store that someone tried on more than once or at least touched.

In addition, new things can be found in second-hand items: unrealized remains, unwanted gifts.

You can also negotiate with friends and have a party with an exchange of unnecessary things, these meetings can be organized in a practical way and use social networks to help with promotion.

Remember the same thing that applies to clothes, you can with anything we have at home and that we think we do not need, we can recycle it with a second-hand sale.

The important thing is that we learn to consume moderately, that way we can take care of our personal economy.
