Life is full of great challenges and we must be prepared for them. It is important to know what we want, where we are going, set our goal and act without looking back. Many times we find ourselves in very difficult situations and we have to make a decision, maybe we will make a mistake, but we will never know if we do not act. Personally, a human being without decisions is like a plant: it does not move, does not think, does not analyze, does not act and that in life is a blunder. All of us at some point in our lives will have to do it, for our wellbeing, and that decision will surely influence our future. But in general terms, we will always be making decisions, on a daily basis, at work; some are important decisions, others are a little lighter and there are decisions that are a little stronger, and the consequences are usually serious. That is why we must be prepared.
La vida está llena de grandes desafíos y para ello debemos de estar preparados. Es importante saber, qué queremos, para dónde vamos, fijar nuestro objetivo y actuar sin mirar atrás. Muchas veces nos encontramos en situaciones muy difíciles y hay que tomar una decisión, tal vez nos equivoquemos, pero eso nunca lo vamos a saber si no actuamos. En lo personal, un ser humano sin decisiones es como una planta: no se mueve, no piensa, no analiza, no actúa y eso en la vida es un error garrafal. A todos en algún momento, en algún pasaje de nuestras vidas, nos va a tocar hacerlo, por nuestro bienestar y que seguramente dicha decisión va a influir en nuestro futuro. Pero en términos generales, siempre vamos a estar tomando decisiones, en lo cotidiano, en el trabajo; algunas son decisiones importantes, otras un poco más leves y hay decisiones que son un poco más fuertes, que las consecuencias suelen ser graves. Es por ello que debemos de estar preparados.
Sometimes we are left without a decision and we feel like we are at a crossroads. Maybe your mind wants to go to one side, but your heart is in the opposite direction, it usually happens, in love, at work, in sports and so on among many other activities. But we simply have to sit down and think a little, there we evaluate the situation, which may not necessarily be a problem, perhaps in the decision of your life, whether to choose between a work contract or another that best benefits you and your family. Because generally, when it comes to making decisions, we always put the family and what might be best for them based on the decision I have to make. But you have to take something into account: it is your decision, you are the engine of that car, which is without decision and that you want to start. We must always evaluate options, we must not be in a hurry, we must analyze the whole context and, finally, wait for the results, which we almost always hope will be positive.
A veces nos quedamos sin decisión y sentimos que estamos como en una encrucijada. Tal vez tu mente se quiere dirigir a un lado, pero tu corazón está en sentido contrario, suele pasar, en el amor, en el trabajo, en el deporte y así entre muchas otras actividades. Pero simplemente debemos de sentarnos a pensar un poco, allí evaluamos la situación, que no necesariamente puede ser un problema, quizás en la decisión de tu vida, si elegir entre un contrato de trabajo u otro que mejor te beneficie a ti y a tu familia. Porque generalmente, a la hora de tomar decisiones, siempre colocamos en el plano a la familia y lo que podría ser lo mejor para ellos basándonos en la decisión que debo de tomar. Pero hay que tomar en cuenta algo: es tu decisión, eres tú el motor de ese automóvil, que está sin decisión y que quieres poner a andar. Siempre debemos de evaluar opciones, no debemos de ser apresurados, hay que analizar todo el contexto y, por último, esperar los resultados, que casi siempre esperamos que sean positivos.

It is something very complex, we must listen to advice, be intuitive, we must use all the necessary tools when making a decision, which augurs us an excellent future and allows us to achieve our achievements, our goals. But it is like that, as they say, without fear of success, because we also learn from mistakes. On the other hand, if we remain like a vehicle without traction, it is to remain stagnant, without lack of direction and without the necessary motivation to start that engine called life. We must believe in ourselves, we must be positive in life. We must take risks, my friend, to reach success, we must take risks; many times we must leave our comfort zone.
Siempre esperamos lo mejor de la vida a la hora de tomar nuestras decisiones. Pero son muchos los factores que debemos de considerar a la hora de hacerlo. Es algo muy complejo, debemos de escuchar consejos, ser intuitivos, debemos de utilizar todas las herramientas necesarias a la hora de tomar una decisión, que nos augure un excelente futuro y que nos permita alcanzar nuestros logros, nuestros objetivos. Pero es así, como dicen por ahí, sin miedo al éxito, porque de los errores también se aprende. Por otra parte, si nos quedamos como un vehículo sin tracción, es quedarnos estancados, sin falta de dirección y sin la motivación necesaria para poner a andar ese motor llamado vida. Debemos de creer en nosotros mismos, debemos ser positivos en la vida. Hay que arriesgar, amigo, para llegar al éxito, hay que arriesgar; muchas veces hay que salir de nuestra zona de confort.
When I made the decision to leave my beautiful country #venezuela, the truth was a very hard blow, both for my family and for me. It was to leave everything behind, to start from scratch and look how hard it is to do it, when you already have a fulfilled life, you are married, with children, you have the job of your dreams. But in the middle of that decision you lose one of your children, it is traumatic to move on, you feel that your life is over, you collapse and you are simply left without a decision. There the family plays a very important role. The support of the family is the fuel for that bond that you are trying to put in place and you are without decision to move forward. Then you arrive at your destination, where you have to get organized, look for a job, look for a place to sleep, and move forward in life, but always with a positive mind. Sure you are going to have ups and downs, but nothing you can't overcome, obstacles make you stronger. That's life, friends, readers, not everything is roses and we will always find a stone in the road, but we are prepared with the best hammer and chisel to break it in two and continue moving forward.
Cuando yo tomé la decisión de salir de mi hermoso país #venezuela, la verdad fue un golpe muy duro, tanto para mi familia como para mí personas. Era dejar todo atrás, comenzar de cero y mira qué cuesta hacerlo, cuando ya tú tienes una vida realizada, estás casado, con hijos, tienes el trabajo de tus sueños. Pero en medio de esa decisión pierde a uno de tus hijos, es traumático seguir adelante, sientes que se te acabó la vida, te derrumbas y sencillamente te quedas sin decisión. Allí la familia juega un papel muy importante. El apoyo de la familia es el combustible de ese vínculo que tratas de poner en marcha y que está sin decisión para seguir avanzando. Luego llegas a tu destino, donde debes de organizarte, buscar empleo, buscar alquiler para dormir y seguir adelante en la vida, pero siempre con la mente positiva. Seguro vas a tener altibajos, pero nada que no puedas superar, los obstáculos te hacen más fuertes. Así es la vida, amigos, lectores, no todo es color de rosas y siempre vamos a encontrar una piedra en el camino, pero nosotros vamos preparados con el mejor de los martillos y cincel para partirla en dos y continuar avanzando.
