¡Hola gente! ¿Cómo están? Espero que muy bien.
Antes que nada me gustaría aclarar que en mi presentación mencioné varios temas sobre los que voy a hablar en mis posts pero no mencioné viajes, podemos incluir este post en la sección de anécdotas personales o podemos a partir de ahora abrir la sección "viajes".
Ha pasado un buen tiempo desde mi primer post, la verdad es que no he apoyado el culo en la silla para escribir, tendré que generar el hábito. Sin más que agregar, continuamos.
Todo comenzó una noche charlando con una de mis mejores amigas (Gala) donde me contaba que hay un grupo de coordinación de viajes (Caminantes Lunares) que realiza excursiones a distintos lugares de Mendoza y que esta vez el destino era "el desierto de Las Huayquerias" donde se puede apreciar un cañadon fantástico. Así que así sin más nos pusimos de acuerdo y empezamos a organizar nuestro viaje con Gala y su novio Álvaro (@cryptoalvirin), Germán y Antonella.
Acá es donde vamos a hacer algo así como "omitir intro after intro" y pasamos directo al viaje.
Para que se den una idea nosotros somos de San Martín (Este de Mendoza) y el destino es en San Carlos (Sur de Mendoza) con un recorrido aproximado de 150 km. La provincia de Mendoza está ubicada al centro oeste de Argentina.

En el camino paramos en una estación de servicio en Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo) para reunirnos con la caravana dirigida por el grupo de coordinación del viaje. Nos encontramos con esta sorpresa, agua caliente para llenar el termo y tomar mates, café o té totalmente gratis.

Emprendemos la ruta hacia San Carlos en la que no había nada interesante para fotografiar excepto la Luna rosada en el horizonte pero todos sabemos lo difícil que puede ser tomar una buena foto de ella con un smartphone.
Luego de un largo camino de mucha arena llegamos a destino y nos enteramos de manera muy explícita que no había luz eléctrica en el predio para acampar. Lo único disponible para poder ver eran nuestras linternas. Con poca dificultad armamos dos carpas para dormir y cuando ya todo el grupo de excursión tenía sus carpas armadas comenzó la caminata nocturna por el cañadón de Las Huayquerias. Podemos observar en la foto anterior a la luna llena y cómo brillaba esa noche. Luego de varios minutos en el lugar nuestra vista se acostumbró y ya podíamos ver sin la ayuda de linternas, casi como si fuera de día. Observaremos en las siguientes fotos el paisaje de noche:
Al inicio del recorrido todos usábamos nuestras linternas para poder ver el camino y también para tomar mejores fotos.

Si tenemos en cuenta que un cañadón hace millones de años pudo haber sido el fondo de algún gran río o mejor dicho parte del fondo del océano, es divertido pensar que esas eran las casas de pececitos prehistóricos.

Estas ultimas fotos fueron tomadas dándole la espalda a la cascada seca para regresar al campamento.
Al regresar de la caminata el grupo organizador nos tenía preparado un exquisito asado que disfrutamos entre todos y mirando una película bajo las estrellas que fue proyectada gracias a un generador eléctrico.
Con estas fotos tomadas a lo que parece ser el rostro de un gigante ancestral podemos ver cómo cambia el paisaje de la noche a la mañana.
Luego de una noche fresca y silenciosa como lo es en el medio del desierto el grupo se dispone a levantarse y desayunar para comenzar con la caminata diurna grupal a la que fuimos con Gala y Álvaro ya que Germán y Antonella se quedaron durmiendo.
Podemos observar el paisaje, esta vez con luz solar, a través de las siguientes imágenes.
Este es el perfil del rostro del gigante ancestral mencionado anteriormente en el que se puede observar otro rostro y en uno de sus ojos hay un nido de avispas.

A algunos fans de cierto anime nos puede recordar a quién pudo haber cortado esa piedra por la mitad.
Teniendo en cuenta que la salida para regresar a casa estaba programada para estar arribando en la Ciudad Capital de Mendoza al mediodía, nosotros decidimos quedarnos un ratp más y realizar nuestra propia expedición ya que el lugar estaba habilitado hasta el anochecer. Pudiendo observar más detenidamente nos encontramos con una gran avispa denominada pepsis o pepsini que me hizo saltar del susto ya que la tuve muy cerca del pie. ¡Tiene el tamaño de una tarántula pero con alas!
Ya de regreso en el campamento, almorzamos unos sandwiches de milanesa que había preparado Antonella y emprendimos viaje de regreso. (No hay fotos porque íbamos todos durmiendo menos el conductor y su copiloto)

Hello people! How are you? I hope that you are very good.
For start I would like to explain that in my last post called "Introduce myself" I mentioned several topics that I am going to talk about later but I did not mention travel, we can include this post in the personal anecdotes section or we can open the "travel" section from now on.
It's been a long time since my first post, the truth is that I haven't being in the mood to write, I'll have to get into the habit. Without further ado, we continue.
It all started one night chatting with one of my best friends (Gala). She told me that there is a travel coordination group (Caminantes Lunares) that makes excursions to different places in Mendoza and this time the destination point was "the desert of Las Huayquerias "where you can see a fantastic canyon. So, without further ado, we agreed and began to organize our trip with Gala and her boyfriend Álvaro (@cryptoalvirin), Germán and Antonella.
This is where we're going to do something like "skip intro after intro" and get right into the ride.
To give you an idea, we are from San Martín (East side of Mendoza) and the destination is San Carlos (South side of Mendoza) with an approximate distance of 150 km / 93,2 miles. The province of Mendoza is located in the center and west of Argentina.

On the way, we stopped at a service station in Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo) to meet up with the caravan led by the trip coordination group. We find this surprise, hot water to fill the "termo" and drink mate, coffee or tea totally free.

We started the route to San Carlos where there was nothing interesting to photograph except the pink Moon on the horizon but we all know how difficult it can be to take a good picture of it with a smartphone.
After a long road with a lot of sand, we reached our destination and we found out in a very explicit way that there was no electricity in the camping area. The only thing available for us to see were our flashlights. With little difficulty we set up two tents to sleep in and when the entire excursion group had their tents set up, the night walk through the Las Huayquerias canyon began. We can see in previous picture the full moon and how it shone that night. After several minutes in the place, our eyes got used to it and we could see without help of flashlights, almost as if it were daytime. We will observe in the following pictures the landscape at night:
At the beginning of the tour we all used our flashlights to be able to see the road and also to take better photos.

If we take into account that a canyon, millions of years ago could have been the bottom of some great river or rather part of the bottom of the ocean, it is funny to think that these were the houses of prehistoric little fish.

These last photos were taken with our backs to dry waterfall to return to basecamp.
When we returned from the walk, the organizing group had prepared an exquisite barbecue for us that we all enjoyed together and watched a movie under the stars that was projected by a digital projector through an electric generator.
With these photos taken of what seems to be the face of an ancient giant, we can see how the landscape changes overnight.
After a cold and silent night like it is in the middle of the desert, the group gets ready to get up and have breakfast to start with the group day hike that we went to with Gala and Álvaro. Germán and Antonella stayed asleep.
We can observe the landscape, this time with sunlight, through the following images.

To some fans of a particular anime it may remind us of who could have cut that stone in half.
Bearing in mind that the departure to return home was scheduled to arrive in the Capital City of Mendoza at noon, we decided to stay a while longer and make our own expedition, the place was enabled until nightfall. Being able to observe more closely we found a large wasp called pepsis or pepsini that made me jump with fright! It was very close to my foot. It's size is like a tarantula with wings!
Back at the camp, we ate some milanesa sandwiches that Antonella had prepared for lunch and we started our return trip. (There are no photos because we were all sleeping except for the driver and his co-pilot)
