A few weekends ago I was lucky enough to take part in a bike ride that practically took me to Codroipo in the province of Udine where the beautiful Villa Manin stands.
If you have been to Italy again I think that you will almost certainly have visited it because it is one of the largest Venetian Villas in Italy and it belonged to the Manin nobles including Ludovico who was practically the last Doge of the Serenissima Republic of Venice.
That day I still remember that I was unable to enter the villa because there was an error in the booking for which there was no more space and therefore I only took a walk in the park which is accessible for free
But surely if I go on vacation over there he will take a tour this summer because I would like to take pictures inside.
However Villa Manin has become famous because in 1797 the last Doge signed the treaty of Campoformido in which Napoleon practically decreed the end of the republic of Venice by giving these territories to the Austrians.
What I like about this place is that in the summer the pig becomes a location for concerts In fact in July it seems to me there will be Notre Dame de Paris the show with the original cast of the musical but there will certainly also be other concerts including that of Blanco the winner of Sanremo.
Among other things, for those who could not visit Italy at this time, there is also the possibility of taking a virtual tour to realize the beauty of the internal rooms on their website for free.
Of course I recommend the royal visit because in any case it is really worth it to see this majesty, this eighteenth-century complex.
