Hi HIVEians! I hope you’re doing good! As I explained in this post, I want to share with you my traveling dream, which is to know at least one place in each province of my country Argentina. Today I’m going to tell you a little about a trip I made in the Santa Fe ’s province ❤️.
¡Hola amigos de HIVE! ¡Espero que estén bien! Como expliqué en este post, quiero compartir con ustedes mi sueño viajero que es conocer al menos un lugar de todas las provincias de mi país Argentina. Hoy voy a contarles un poco sobre un viaje que hice a la provincia de Santa Fe ❤️.
I made this trip to the city of Rosario with a group of students from my university in context of the "National Meeting of Women". This meeting is held once a year in different parts of Argentina. That year it was the turn to carry it out in the province of Santa Fe. This meeting lasted 3 days and in it different debate workshops are organized around problems related to women, such as the actual employment situation, legal, safe and free abortion, contraceptive methods,LGTB collective, the role of women in society, love relationships, etc. And how can it be otherwise, one of those nights a great party is thrown! We had some very interesting days.
Hice este viaje a la ciudad de Rosario con un grupo de estudiantes de mi universidad en el marco del Encuentro Nacional de Mujeres. Este encuentro se celebra una vez por año en distintas partes de Argentina. Ese año fue el turno de realizarlo en la provincia de Santa Fé. Este encuentro dura 3 días y en él se arman distintos talleres de debate en torno a problemáticas relacionadas a las mujeres, como la situación laboral, aborto legal, seguro y gratuito, métodos anticonceptivos, colectivo LGTB, el rol de la mujer en la sociedad, relaciones amorosas, etc. Y como no puede ser de otra manera, ¡una de esas noches se arma una gran fiesta! Pasamos unas jornadas muy interesantes.
Regarding the city of Rosario, I visited the Monument to the Flag. This monument is approximately 70 m high and 18 m wide, and is located in the National Park of the Flag. It is in this place, on the banks of the Paraná River, where General Manuel Belgrano raised the Argentine flag for the first time in 1812. Some very interesting architectural constructions can be seen around the monument.
Respecto a la ciudad de Rosario, conocí el Monumento a la Bandera. Este monumento mide 70 m de alto y 18 m de ancho aproximadamente, y se encuentra en el Parque Nacional a la Bandera. Es en este lugar, a orillas del Río Paraná, donde el general Manuel Belgrano izó por primera vez la bandera argentina en el año 1812. En los alrededores del monumento pueden apreciarse algunas construcciones arquitectónicas muy interesantes.
I would like to return to Rosario city to continue visiting this city! It would be interesting to see the monument on a slightly calmer day, although I am not complaining because at least I was able to know it 😃.
¡Me gustaría regresar a Rosario para continuar conociendo esta ciudad! Sería interesante ver el monumento en un día un poco más tranquilo, aunque no me quejo porque por lo menos pude conocerlo 😁.
