Hay muchas historias y leyendas urbanas sobre estas ruinas, según la historia una de sus tapias sirvió como paredón en tiempos de la guerra civil para muchos fusilamientos, por lo que son muchos los curiosos y equipos de investigación que se acercan a visitarla sobre todo por la noche para intentar capturar con sus aparatos de audio y cámaras fotográficas algunos hechos paranormales que parecen ocurrir de vez en cuando en el lugar relacionados con su pasado, incluso un muy conocido programa de televisión española llamado 'Cuarto Milenio', desplazó todo un equipo para hacer un documental sobre la historia de este lugar, llegandose a captar en directo algunos fenómenos paranormales.
