Ці рядки я пишу в укритті, до речі вперше за всі ці дні;) Як я казала інші повітряні тривоги, я пережила у своїй квартирі чи взагалі на вулиці... Але деякі люди в інших регіонах постійно живуть під землею останніми днями.
My dears, hello. The seventh day of the war. The seventh day of the feat of our people. There will be legends about the heroism of the Ukrainian army. I am writing these lines in hiding, by the way, for the first time in all these days;) As I said other air alarms, I survived in my apartment or on the street... But my compatriots in other regions are constantly living underground in recent days.
Пішла плести сітку у місцеву школу, що недалечко від мого дому. Як тільки я нарешті трошки призвичаїлась до роботи, то повітряна тривога вигнала нас в укриття під школою. А це означає, що зараз десь в Україні швидше за все обірветься або скалічиться ще одне життя. Знищиться дім, лікарня або дитсадок.
А тим часом відбій тривоги...
I went to weave a camouflage net to a school not far from my house. As soon as I finally got used to the work, the air alarm drove us to a shelter under the school. This means that now, somewhere in Ukraine, another life is likely to end or to be crippled. A house, hospital or kindergarten will be destroyed.
Сьогодні вперше за час війни ненадовго з'явився хороший настрій і посмішка. Зараз поясню чому. У класних кімнатах школи численні волонтери щодня плетуть ці сітки. Чиїсь футболки, штани і кофти стають елементами захисту. Мені здається це найлегше заняття, щоб якось прислужитися народу, відігнати тривогу і відволікти від стрічки новин. І тим паче дуже підходить для інтровертів, як я...
Поряд сітку плетуть дві дівчинки 12-13 років. Я подумала, що можливо це школярки з місцевої школи. У їх мовленні був відчутний досить сильний російський акцент, але було видно, що вони стараються.
Today, for the first time during the war, a good mood and a smile appeared for a short time. Now I will explain why. In the classrooms of the school, many volunteers weave these nets every day. Someone's T-shirts, pants and sweaters become elements of protection for soldiers. It seems to me that this is the easiest job to somehow serve the people, drive away anxiety and distract yourself from the news.
Two girls aged 12-13 are weaving the net near me. There was a russian accent in their speech, but it was obvious that they were trying to speak Ukrainian.
Питаю "А звідки ви, дівчата?" — "З Харкова". (До речі це місто одне з найбільше постраждалих у війні. Мабуть, рашисти мріяли, що традиційно російськомовний Харків взагалі буде їх зустрічати з квітами! Не вгалали)
"А де ви навчилися так гарно говорити українською?" — "Ми з Пласту".
Ага, тепер все зрозуміло. Пласт — це така молодіжна організація типу американських скаутів. Патріотизм є важливим елементом у вихованні пластунів. Дівчата і їх сім'ї евакуювалися до Львова в перший день війни. Тепер з мамами плетуть сітки і це також дуже радує!!!
На прощання я їм побажала після повернення додому обов'язково розмовляти зі своїми друзями українською і старатися її поширювати. Я чомусь вірю, що таке і буде!
I ask "Where are you from, girls?" - "From Kharkov". (By the way, this city is one of the most affected by the war, which, I recall, began on February 24 with a treacherous attack on Russia. Apparently, the rashists dreamed that Russian-speaking Kharkiv will meet them with flowers! Thay did not guess :))
"And where did you learn to speak Ukrainian so well?" - "We are from Plast".
Yeah, now everything is clear. Plast is a youth organization like the American Scouts. Patriotism is an important element in the education of its members. The girls and their families were evacuated to Lviv on the first day of this war. Now they are weaving nets and it is also very pleasing!
At the farewell, I wished them to speak Ukrainian with their friends after returning home and to spread it.
Паралельно з цим заняттям мені написав хлопець, учень моєї дорогої подруги Лю, яка зараз знаходиться під обстрілами у Харкові!!! Вона там є зі своєю подругою та її дитиною, вони раніше не хотіли виїжджати, а тепер просто бояться, щоб не потрапити під вогонь!!! Але цей хлопчина ризикнув і я маю його прихистити у Львові. Я дуже хотіла комусь допомогти, але не знала як:)))
At the same time, a guy, a pupil of my dear friend Liu from Kharkiv, wrote to me !!! Liu is there with his friend and her child, they didn't want to leave the city before, but now they are just afraid of getting under fire!!! But this boy took a risk and I have to shelter him in Lviv for a few days.
За вчора і сьогодні я купила трохи корму нашим львівським покинутим тваринам, а також трохи їжі для біженців і для гуманітарної допомоги в Харків. Коли я приїхала на склад де відбувалося упакування в вантажівку, то побачила багато волонтерів, які діяли так швидко і злагоджено, так підтримували один одного.
Народ, я хочу щоб українці були такими ж після нашої Перемоги, у мирний час!!!
Yesterday and today I bought some food for our abandoned Lviv animals, as well as some food for refugees and humanitarian aid for Kharkiv. When I arrived at the truck packing warehouse, I saw many volunteers who acted quickly and in a coordinated manner, supporting each other. People, I want Ukrainians to be the same after our Victory, in peacetime!!!"
Насправді я зрозуміла, що біженці і тварини зараз наче в нормі. Наші люди навіть перевиконують план. Польща привозить величезні партії корму для тварин!!! А львів'яни миттєво приносять усі необхідні речі у центри для розміщення переселених осіб. До речі, майже 700 тисяч людей виїхали за кордон від початку війни...
Зараз головне завдання волонтерів — допомогти армії харчами та амуніцією, а також гуманітарна допомога знищеним містам. Зібрати її не проблема, головне її доставити і не бути при цьому вбитим... Наші вороги стріляють у машини швидкої допомоги, у рятувальників та цивільні автобуси, у дитсадки і будинки. Це їхнє обличчя. Але гаазький суд усе ближче.
Now the main task of volunteers is to help the army with food and ammunition, as well as humanitarian aid to the destroyed cities. Collecting it is not a big problem, the main thing is to deliver it and not be killed. Our enemies are shooting at ambulances, rescue workers and civilian buses, kindergartens and homes. This is their real face. But the Hague tribunal is getting closer.
А я сьогодні не думаю про орків, а думаю про цих двох веселих харківських дівчат, у яких ще все попереду. "Ви до нас приїжджайте, але спочатку ми там все відбудуємо". Звісно, мої хороші. Думаю всі українці разом відбудують знищені міста і наша країна стане ще кращою, а Мордор розвалиться.
