Cada vez que llega el fin de semana es una oportunidad perfecta para dedicarle a mis hijos tiempo de calidad y compartir con ellos una actividad diferente a las labores escolares que tenemos durante la semana, me gusta tomar el sábado para llevarlos a realizar alguna fÃsica, la semana pasada los llevé al parque a jugar pelota y hacer ejercicios en los aparatos que están en el parque, en esa oportunidad ellos querÃan llevarse un juego de raquetas que tienen, pero al final las dejaron con el apuro en que salimos que no pudieron jugar; por lo que los acompañe a bajar hoy al estacionamiento de la urbanización para que ellos pudieran jugar.
Lo bueno es que la cancha estaba desocupada y pudieron jugar libremente sin problemas, a pesar de que la mañana estaba soleada, en este espacio habÃa sombra gracias a la posición de los edificios que cubren buena parte de la cancha y el estacionamiento, asà que se divirtieron practicando con sus raquetas y la pasaron muy bien, ya para la tarde nos pondremos hacer algunas tareas pendientes, preferà bajar en la mañana porque por las tardes el clima está muy frÃo, últimamente tenemos mucha brisa que les puede resfriar. Es importante para mà que ellos mantengan un balance entre en sus estudios, actividades deportivas, esparcimiento, y labores en el hogar, creándoles hábitos y dándoles responsabilidades para que vayan madurando y aprendan a ser independientes.
Me alegro compartir con ustedes esta mañana de esparcimiento de mis hijos y los invito también a propiciar actividades para sus pequeños los fines de semana que los desconecten del uso de la tecnologÃa que todos sabemos, lo adictiva que es en los niños. Hasta una próxima oportunidad.
Every time the weekend comes it is a perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with my children and share with them an activity different from the school work we have during the week, I like to take Saturday to take them to do some physical activity, last week I took them to the park to play ball and exercise on the equipment that are in the park, in that opportunity they wanted to take a set of rackets they have, but in the end they left them with the rush in which we left that they could not play; so I accompanied them down today to the parking lot of the urbanization so they could play.
The good thing is that the court was unoccupied and they could play freely without problems, although the morning was sunny, in this space there was shade thanks to the position of the buildings that cover much of the court and parking lot, so they had fun practicing with their rackets and had a great time, and for the afternoon we will do some pending tasks, I preferred to go down in the morning because in the afternoon the weather is very cold, lately we have a lot of breeze that can cause them to catch a cold. It is important to me that they maintain a balance between their studies, sports activities, recreation, and housework, creating habits and giving them responsibilities so that they mature and learn to be independent.
