Hola Hivers, un placer escribir nuevamente para todos ustedes, hace muy poco realicé un post dando mi impresión sobre las dos primeras películas de esta trilogía que desde hace varios días está dando mucho de qué hablar para los amantes de las películas de terror, sin embargo, así como lo especifiqué en ese post no le otorgue una calificación debido a que me faltaba ver la tercera y última parte de esta serie de películas. Ha llegado el momento de analizar desde un punto de vista general de principio a fin sobre estas películas basadas en una serie de libros de terror, le otorgaré una calificación basada en mi impresión y en mi gusto personal, posiblemente no sea la misma de muchos y eso es bueno debido a que no todos pensamos iguales, en ese sentido vamos a afilar nuestros cuchillos para analizar y mostrar mi opinión sin spoilers sobre estas producciones.
Sorpresa
La primera palabra que se me viene a la mente cuando intento analizar esta serie de películas es la palabra sorpresa, lo he especificado en el post anterior, la verdad soy algo exigente con el género de terror por lo cual dudaba si ver tan siquiera la primera de las tres películas, sin embargo, la vi y quede impresionado de manera positiva debido a que desarrolla una buena historia en un muy buen trabajo de guion junto a los típicos efectos especiales de asesinato.
Este tipo de películas nos muestra mucha sangre y desmembramientos de las desafortunadas víctimas, algo que es muy lógico según la trama y el tipo de película, sin embargo, muestra en trasfondo una historia interesante sobre la maldición que acompaña a un pueblo entero donde ocurren asesinatos misteriosos por parte de personas normales o cuerdas que de un momento a otro se vuelven despiadados asesinos.
La verdadera sorpresa desde mi punto de vista es la historia en trasfondo y como el guion va uniendo las piezas del misterio, el espectador va descubriendo en cada parte de las películas sobre lo que realmente ocurre en el pueblo y como vencer esa fuerza oscura sedienta de sangre. Este es a mi parecer su punto fuerte la manera de contar la historia teniendo en cuenta que las diferentes películas se desarrollan en épocas distintas, en 1994, 1978 y 1666 para que al final volvamos a 1994 y para poner fin a la trama.
Así como lo mencioné anteriormente me parece un aspecto muy positivo dividir la historia en tres películas, pero que al mismo tiempo todas sean lanzadas con una diferencia de tan solo días, normalmente observamos que las películas son lanzadas un año después del estreno de la primera parte, así que observamos algo parecido a una serie que en cada parte nos entrega la emoción de querer saber que ocurre en la siguiente película, algo que me sorprendió bastante debido a que me enganché a la historia de principio a fin.
¿Terror?
Algo que también lo mencioné muchas veces en el primer post es que desde mi punto de vista esta serie de películas no tiene mucho terror, a pesar de que los eventos son productos de sucesos paranormales la trama se desarrolla bajo un guion de película de asesinos, esto lo menciono nuevamente luego de ver la tercera parte que me presentó poco susto, a pesar de que existe varias escenas que puede causar algo de miedo o intriga pero sostengo mi opinión en que el suspenso se sobrepone al terror o a la impresión para asustar a los espectadores con efectos visuales y sonido, sin embargo, esto no hace que deje de ser una muy buena historia y buenas películas en general.
Calidad Visual
En cuanto a fotografía, ambientación y efectos especiales esta serie de películas nos presenta trabajos de calidad sin ser desproporcionado en cuanto a los efectos visuales, me parece que se adapta muy bien a la historia ya que presenta poco terror y más acción con armas afiladas, desde este aspecto si me parece un trabajo enfocado a la historia y desarrollado con la intensión de que el espectador no se limite a ver la película por los efectos o sangre sino por la historia de la trama.
Actuaciones
En cuanto a este aspecto no puedo agregar mucho, me parecen actuaciones decentes pero que no causan ese efecto que nos brindan las actuaciones memorables, sin embargo, a mi parecer creo que realizaron un buen trabajo, sin embargo, así como otros hivers piensan la actuación de Kiana Madeira representando al personaje de Deena me pareció que le falta un poco más de calidad teniendo en cuenta que es la protagonista de la historia y la trama gira a su alrededor. Por otro lado me gustó en la segunda parte la actuación de Sadie Sink en su personaje de Ziggi, creo que es de las mejores actuaciones de esta serie de películas a mi parecer.
Análisis de la Tercera Parte (1666)
Luego de haber analizado las partes 1994 y 1978 es el momento de comentar mi impresión de esta última película de la trilogía. La película evidentemente nos hace viajar en el tiempo para buscar la verdad de la maldición del pueblo y además de todos los asesinatos ocurridos en el lugar, debemos tener en cuenta el primer asesino del pueblo se remonta al momento especifico que nos lleva la película, descubriremos el pasado y sus casualidades o ataduras que siguen en el presente (1994), explicando la razón por la cual incluso las personas no pueden salir de esa maldición y en muchos casos tampoco puede mudarse de ese pueblo.
Sorpresa
Nuevamente utilizo esa palabra para analizar la última parte de esta trilogía, no en cuanto a calidad de imágenes, ambientación o actuaciones, sino para complementar de una buena manera la historia que vemos en la primera y segunda parte. Para mi tener sorpresas en las historias es algo que valoro bastante en una película, en esta cuando pensamos lo más obvio nos sorprende con un cambio en la trama que nos impresionará y que definitivamente no esperábamos, esto es realmente aplaudible para agregar valor al final. Desde mi punto de vista este es el aspecto más relevante de esta tercera parte.
Siguiendo con el mismo estilo de secuencias hay poco terror en cuanto al desarrollo de esta última parte, solo algunas escenas que pueden causar algo de miedo como una batalla a final a muerte, sin embargo, a pesar de que hay poco terror la manera en que el guion va desarrollando la trama hasta el final me parece muy buena.

Opinión
Me parece que de las tres películas la que es más entretenida es la segunda parte debido a que posiblemente es la que posee más acción, sin embargo, en cuanto al desarrollo de la historia es importante ver las tres películas, teniendo en cuenta que el misterio es finalmente descifrado en la tercera parte.
¿Más Películas de Este Estilo?
En internet se habla de un universo cinematográfico basado en la misma serie de libros que esta trilogía, me parece un verdadero reto para los productores pero si logran desarrollar una buena historia incluso varias historias diferentes que se pueda unir en cierto punto creo que sería un éxito comercial.
En lo particular me hubiese gustado viajar en el tiempo y conocer las historias de alguno de los asesinos de esta trilogía, me causaba curiosidad ver el pequeño hombre o niño con el bate de béisbol o la chica con la navaja de afeitar, creo que pueden salir muy buenas historias basadas en esos personajes agregándole un poco de picante a esta trama que ya conocemos pero que pueden tener su propio toque de personalidad, eso me hubiese gustado ver, sin embargo, el tiempo será el que indique si este tipo de películas puede ser una buena fuente de ingresos para crear nuevas películas con este estilo.
¿Recomendación?
Si recomiendo ver esas películas, creo que es un éxito comercial notable en este año así como me lo han expresado otros Hivers conocedores de este arte, por lo cual creo que a una gran mayoría de personas les parecerá una muy buena serie de películas para disfrutar de sangre y asesinatos, aunque a mi parecer lo mejor de todo es la historia y como se van uniendo las piezas del misterio en cada parte en un muy buen trabajo de guion.

Hello Hivers, a pleasure to write again for all of you, very recently I made a post giving my impression about the first two movies of this trilogy that since several days ago is giving much to talk about for horror movie lovers, however, as I specified in that post I did not give it a rating because I had not seen the third and last part of this series of movies. The time has come to analyze from a general point of view from beginning to end about these movies based on a series of horror books, I will give a rating based on my impression and my personal taste, possibly not the same of many and that's good because not all think alike, in that sense let's sharpen our knives to analyze and show my opinion without spoilers about these productions.
Surprise
The first word that comes to my mind when I try to analyze this series of movies is the word surprise, I have specified it in the previous post, the truth is that I am somewhat demanding with the horror genre so I hesitated to see even the first of the three movies, however, I saw it and I was impressed in a positive way because it develops a good story in a very good script work along with the typical special effects of murder.
This type of movie shows us a lot of blood and dismemberment of the unfortunate victims, something that is very logical according to the plot and the type of movie, however, it shows in the background an interesting story about the curse that accompanies an entire town where mysterious murders occur by normal or sane people who from one moment to another become ruthless killers.
The real surprise from my point of view is the background story and how the script puts together the pieces of the mystery, the viewer is discovering in each part of the films about what really happens in the town and how to overcome this dark force thirsty for blood. In my opinion, this is the strong point of the way the story is told, taking into account that the different films take place in different times, in 1994, 1978 and 1666, so that at the end we return to 1994 to put an end to the plot.
As I mentioned before, it seems to me a very positive aspect to divide the story into three films, but at the same time all of them are released with a difference of only days, usually we observe that the films are released a year after the release of the first part, so we observe something similar to a series that in each part gives us the excitement of wanting to know what happens in the next film, something that surprised me a lot because I was hooked to the story from beginning to end.
Horror?
Something that I also mentioned many times in the first post is that from my point of view this series of movies does not have much terror, although the events are products of paranormal events the plot is developed under a script of a killer movie, I mention this again after seeing the third part that presented me with little scare, although there are several scenes that can cause some fear or intrigue but I hold my opinion that the suspense overrides the terror or impression to scare viewers with visual effects and sound, however, this does not stop it from being a very good story and good movies in general.
Visual Quality
In terms of photography, setting and special effects this series of films presents us with quality work without being disproportionate in terms of visual effects, it seems to me that it adapts very well to the story as it presents little terror and more action with sharp weapons, from this aspect if it seems to me a work focused on the story and developed with the intention that the viewer is not limited to watch the movie for the effects or blood but for the story of the plot.
Acting
Regarding this aspect I can't add much, I think they are decent performances but they don't cause that effect that gives us memorable performances, however, in my opinion I think they did a good job, however, as other hivers think the performance of Kiana Madeira representing the character of Deena seemed to me to lack a little more quality taking into account that she is the protagonist of the story and the plot revolves around her. On the other hand I liked in the second part the performance of Sadie Sink in her character of Ziggi, I think it is one of the best performances in this series of movies in my opinion.
Analysis of Part Three (1666)
After having analyzed the 1994 and 1978 parts it is time to comment on my impression of this last film of the trilogy. The film evidently makes us travel in time to look for the truth of the curse of the town and besides all the murders occurred in the place, we must take into account the first murderer of the town goes back to the specific time that the film takes us, we will discover the past and its casualties or ties that continue in the present (1994), explaining the reason why even people can not get out of that curse and in many cases can not move out of that town.
Surprise
Again I use that word to analyze the last part of this trilogy, not in terms of quality of images, setting or performances, but to complement in a good way the story we see in the first and second part. For me having surprises in the stories is something that I value quite a lot in a movie, in this one when we think the most obvious surprises us with a change in the plot that will impress us and that we definitely did not expect, this is really applaudable to add value to the end. From my point of view this is the most relevant aspect of this third part.
Continuing with the same style of sequences there is little terror in terms of the development of this last part, only some scenes that can cause some fear as a battle to the end to death, however, despite there is little terror the way the script is developing the plot until the end seems to me very good.

Opinion
It seems to me that of the three films the most entertaining is the second part because it is possibly the one with the most action, however, as for the development of the story it is important to see all three films, considering that the mystery is finally deciphered in the third part.
More movies of this style?
On the internet there is talk of a cinematic universe based on the same series of books as this trilogy, it seems to me a real challenge for the producers but if they manage to develop a good story even several different stories that can be united at a certain point I think it would be a commercial success.
In particular I would have liked to travel back in time and know the stories of some of the killers of this trilogy, I was curious to see the little man or boy with the baseball bat or the girl with the razor, I think they can come out very good stories based on these characters adding a little spice to this plot that we already know but they can have their own touch of personality, I would have liked to see that, however, time will tell if this type of film can be a good source of income to create new films in this style.
Recommendation?
If I recommend watching these films, I think it is a remarkable commercial success in this year as I have been expressed by other Hivers connoisseurs of this art, so I think a large majority of people will find it a very good series of films to enjoy blood and murder, although in my opinion the best of all is the story and how the pieces of the mystery are joining in each part in a very good script work.

Yo me las disfrute las tres, como dices no hay Terror o susto, pero luego de ver muchas ¨películas de época de pandemia¨ esta salvo la patria, tienes varios actores y varios escenarios y aunque los primeros cortes la hacían parecer de esas películas de terror barata, pues yo también quedé sorprendida, me encantó el detalle de que cada viernes tendría una nueva película.
Creo que seguiremos viendo películas basadas en el mismo autor.
