Mirror, mirror...
I evoke my childhood and I smile because I was a happy child, despite all the obstacles my parents had there was always something to please us; taking us to the movies, to eat out, to eat ice cream and to spend the afternoon in a square that is close to home, known in my city as the one of the lovers in the current Plaza Ayacucho; there the young people chatted and enjoyed an ice cream, candy and cotufas. All the nearby communities would gather to watch the most popular programs on TV. Before daddy bought the TV, he used to take us to that square to watch cartoons.
Going to the movies was the biggest thrill for all of us, always and to this day. The whole family would go out to stand in line to buy tickets to see the premieres. It comes to my memory a Disney film that I saw in the carnivals of 1969, I was only eight years old and from there I began to dream of my prince charming, years later I knew that these men could be dark of the bad and ungrateful. Thank the universe that I didn't run into one of them, but this is another story. I remember it very well because my mom made me a nice Little Red Riding Hood costume and because I was so intrepid and curious, I cut my wrist with a razor blade.
This year was one of the most important in my life, because, as it was ending, we moved into our house and home for many years until I left to get married. Sorry sometimes my thoughts and soul fly so far away, that it is hard for me to come back to earth. I get inspired by my memories and then I don't want to come back. But, but today I come to talk about movies and a film that I love, and for me it is very special, and I consider it one of the most beautiful films of Walt Disney. I'm talking about Snow White and the seven dwarfs. OMG, my heart was pounding with anxiety when this princess wanders through the forest trying to escape from the witch and stepmother.
I have seen very good and fascinating Disney films, however, this is the one I love. Snow White is my favorite princess, even when I noticed since I saw her for the first time that she did not speak and I thought I was abnormal because, on the contrary, she talked like a parrot and asked him why, my grandmother Bertita's sent me to see if the rooster put as we Venezuelans say. OMG, I fell in love since I saw the prince get off the horse and kiss Snow White, leave and be happy forever. Well, this is not reality, this phrase is a big lie.
Finding love is like winning the lottery, but marriage is something else, it is the most difficult thing. After a year you want to go to the lottery agency and return the prize. I don't understand how two beings who love each other, then change when they have a piece of paper in their hands. Then, the war for control and dominance begins, but love is love. For me, this is the first flaw of fairy tales, it is something unreal: "they were happy forever". However, love is the most sublime and what moves the world; with love and understanding, agreements can be reached that benefit the couple and the children.
In my innocence I could not understand how there could be people as bad as the Stepmother, with time I realized the great truth and the secret of humanity, and that is that human beings are capable of anything for money, envy and even in the name of love. In the world there are many like her and with double face. Children only see the princess who sings to the birds and talks to the animals in the forest, and the handsome Prince Charming who saves her from the cruel world. However, this film shows the raw and cruel truth of life, not only the wickedness of the stepmother.
Some people in the name of love come and drag everything with them regardless of who they take with them, in this case their children. However, I always emphasize that it is the parents who are responsible for their children and, therefore, guilty of what happens to them for their imprudence and for bringing people into their houses and homes with their children and underage adolescents, who cannot defend themselves from people like the witch and her famous apple. An apple that in this movie represents and is a symbol of evil, passions, and death.
Believe it or not friends of #Hive, they truncate the lives of children and take away their dreams. They make them sick in body, mind, and soul. This is why there are so many people with low self-esteem who can't find their place in this world. Drug addicts, and toxic, and manipulative. They never manage to recover from the abuse and even rape they have been subjected to. And some parents don't even realize it and others pretend to be crazy so as not to lose a relationship. The world is full of monsters and it is the parents who must protect them.
Even so, Snow White is one of the best movies of all times, and I cannot leave aside my friends the dwarfs, seven little people, each one with different characters but capable of helping and giving love to others. They too were deceived by Prince Charming and never heard from the little princess of the fairy tale. She did not even thank them for their help and did not invite them to her big wedding. Very inconsiderate turned out to be my friend Snow White.

This charismatic and sinister character plays an important role in the film, and filled my days with nightmares of not wanting to see my image. Mostly it was a good excuse for not combing my hair, but then my older sister would grab me and comb my curly hair. OMG, she would make me cry and I would have to spend hours in front of the mirror, while she pulled hard on my little greaves. I always looked the same, thank the universe. Years later I became a cuaima and started to change my skin, this happened after I got married. That's why I don't believe Snow White's version, that she has been happy for 85 years and doesn't want to hang Prince Charming, that he is still blue and hasn't faded. I don't buy that story, or that cliché. As my mother used to say: "si como ñe...".
The other character associated with the mirror, who was supposed to protect and love my friend Snow White. She didn't give her love, she just gave her a poisoned apple. This wicked witch was the cause of my worst nightmares for many years. When my friends used to tell us their horror stories; and then I saw them involved in drugs and bad things. Immediately the image of the stepmother came to mind. But all human beings are not evil, there are still good people who believe in love.
Snow White's wicked witch or stepmother did not realize, nor did she want to understand, that she saw her reflection and soul in the mirror, and that she was very dark because of her bad feelings, words and actions. She deserved everything that happened to her.
Disney immortalized Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the best known version of this tale is that of the Brothers Grimm. However, it is a story that was transmitted from generation to generation, from the folklore of the people. The film was released in 1937 and lasts approximately one hour and twenty-three minutes of emotions and fantasy. It was directed by David Kerrick Hand. It won an Oscar, honorable mention in 1939, and Walt Disney was given seven small statuettes for each dwarf.

#Movies&Shows, enjoy the review of Snow White Princess, Disney's 1937 version. Since I was a little girl I follow the nobility. Each one has her particular beauty and way of behaving. My favorite is Snow White, even though she was mute, she never raised her voice to defend herself against her stepmother and her father. She only learned to sing, clean, cook and find a man to fix her life. However, I have other Disney princess friends, I will bring you their story later. Which is your favorite Disney princess? Have you ever dreamed of a prince charming.
It is not relevant if we are princesses and princes, each of us are able to build and fill our life with sunshine. No matter the obstacles and nightmares, we must never stop dreaming. The only option is to get up, follow the path, and if we find stones kick them out of the way. We just have to understand that there are good days and bad days, and we have to be prepared for whatever lies ahead. It is more important to try to be better people every day, to be an example and a sun to illuminate the path of a child, and never ever be a witch or a monster to truncate their dreams.
Above all, break with the old schemes about raising children and be very aware of who we put in our house to take care of them, since they cannot defend themselves and take time to listen to their concerns. Remember, as the saying goes," faces we see but hearts we don't know".

Espejito, espejito…
Evoco mi infancia y sonrió porque fui una niña feliz, a pesar de todos los obstáculos que tuvieron mis padres siempre hubo algo para complacernos; llevarnos al cine, a comer fuera de casa, a comer helados y a pasar la tarde en una plaza que está cerca de casa, conocida en mi ciudad como la de los enamorados en la actualidad Plaza Ayacucho; ahí los jóvenes parloteaban y disfrutaban de un helado, golosina y cotufas. Todas las comunidades cercanas se reunían para ver los programas más conocidos en la TV. Antes de que papi comprara la televisión, nos llevaba a esa plaza a ver comiquitas.
Ir al cine era la emoción más grande para todos, desde siempre y a la actualidad. Salíamos toda la familia a hacer las colas para comprar las entradas para ver los estrenos. Viene a mi memoria un filme de Disney que vi en los carnavales del año 1969, tan solo tenía ocho años y desde allí comencé a soñar con mi príncipe azul, años después supe que estos hombres podían ser oscuros de lo malo y de los malagradecidos. Gracias al universo que no me topé con uno de ellos, pero esta es otra historia. Lo recuerdo muy bien porque mi mami me hizo un lindo disfraz de Caperucita roja y por andar de intrépida y curioseando, me corte con una hojilla la muñeca.
Este año fue unos de los más importantes en mi vida, pues, ya finalizando, nos mudamos a nuestra casa y hogar por muchos años hasta que salí para casarme. Disculpen a veces mis pensamientos y alma vuela tan lejos, que me cuesta volver a la tierra. Me inspiro en mis recuerdos y luego no deseo volver. Pero, pero hoy les vengo a hablar de películas y de un filme que amo, y es que para mí es muy especial, y considero que es uno de los más bellos de Walt Disney. Me refiero a Blanca Nieves y los siete enanos. OMG, mi corazón se me salía de la ansiedad cuando esta princesa vaga por el bosque tratando de escapar de la bruja y madrastra.
He visto filmes de Disney muy buenos y fascinantes, sin embargo, este es el que amo. Blanca Nieves es mi princesa preferida, aun cuando note desde que la vi por primera vez que no hablaba y pensé que yo era anormal porque, por el contrario, hablaba como una cotorra y preguntaba él ¿por qué?, mi abuelita Bertita’s me mandaba a ver si el gallo puso como decimos los venezolanos. OMG, me enamoré desde que vi al príncipe bajarse del caballo y besar a Blanca Nieves, irse y ser felices por siempre. Pues no es la realidad, esta frase es una gran mentira.
Encontrar el amor es como ganarse la lotería, pero el matrimonio es otra cosa, es lo más difícil. Al año quieres ir a la agencia de lotería y devolver el premio. No entiendo como dos seres que se aman, después cambian cuando tienen un papel en sus manos. Entonces, comienza la guerra por el control y la dominancia, pero el amor es amor. Para mí, esta es la primera falla de los cuentos de hadas, es algo irreal: “fueron felices por siempre”. Sin embargo, el amor es lo más sublime y lo que mueve al mundo; con amor y compresión se pueden lograr acuerdos que beneficien a la pareja y a los hijos.
Mi inocencia no lograba entender cómo puede haber personas tan malas como la Madrastra, con el tiempo me di cuenta de la gran verdad y el secreto de la humanidad, y es que los seres humanos somos capaces de todo por dinero, envidia y hasta en nombre del amor. En el mundo hay muchas como ella y con doble cara. Los niños solo ven a la princesa que canta a los pajaritos y habla con los animalitos del bosque, y el apuesto príncipe azul que la salva del mundo cruel. Sin embargo, en este filme se plasma la verdad cruda y cruel de la vida, no solo la maldad de la madrastra.
Algunas personas en nombre del amor llegan y arrastran con todo sin importar a quien se lleva por el medio, en este caso a los hijos. Sin embargo, siempre destaco que son los padres los responsables de sus hijos y, por lo tanto, culpables, de lo que les sucede por su imprudencia y por meter personas a sus casas y hogares con sus niños y adolescentes menores de edad, que no pueden defenderse de personas como la bruja y su famosa manzana. Una manzana que en esta película representa y es símbolo de maldad, pasiones, y muerte.
Aunque usted no lo crea amigos de #Hive, le truncan la vida a los niños y les quitan sus sueños. Los enferman de cuerpo, mente y alma. Por esto es que hay tantas personas con la autoestima baja que no encuentran su lugar en este mundo. Drogadictos, y tóxicos, y manipuladores. Nunca logran recuperarse de los maltratos, y hasta violaciones a los que han sido sometidos. Y algunos padres ni se dan cuenta y otros se hacen los locos para no perder una relación. El mundo está lleno de monstruos y son los padres los que deben protegerlos.
Aun así, Blanca Nieves, es una de las mejores películas de todos los tiempos, y no puedo dejar de un lado a mis amigos los enanitos, siete personitas cada uno con unos caracteres diferentes pero capaces de ayudar y dar amor al prójimo. Ellos también fueron engañados por el príncipe azul y no supieron más nunca de la princesita del cuento. Ni siquiera les dio las gracias por su ayuda y no los invito a su gran boda. Muy desconsiderada resulto ser mi amiga Blanca Nieves.

Y el espejito…
Este personaje carismático y siniestro, juega un papel relevante dentro del filme, y lleno mis días de pesadillas sin querer ver mi imagen. Sobre todo era un buen pretexto para no peinarme, pero entonces me agarraba mi hermana mayor y peinaba mis cabellos ensortijados. OMG, me hacía llorar y tenía que pasar horas frente al espejo, mientras ella jalaba con fuerzas mis greñitas. Siempre me veía igual, gracias al universo. Años después me convertí en cuaima y comencé a cambiar la piel, esto me sucedió posteriormente al matrimonio. Por esto no creo la versión de Blanca Nieves, que ella lleva 85 años feliz y sin ganas de ahorcar al príncipe azul, que este siga siendo azul y no se haya desteñido. Yo no me como ese cuento, ni ese cliché. Como decía mi madre: “si como ñe…”
El otro personaje asociado al espejo, que supuestamente iba a proteger y a querer a mi amiga Blanca Nieves. No le dio amor, solo le dio una manzana envenenada. Esta bruja malvada fue motivo muchos años de mis peores pesadillas. Cuando mis amigos nos contaban sus historias de terror; y luego los vi metidos en drogas y en malos pasos. Enseguida venía la imagen de la madrastra. Pero todos los seres humanos, no son malos, todavía quedan personas buenas y que creen en el amor.
La bruja malvada o madrastra, de Blanca Nieves, no se dio cuenta, ni quiso entender, que ella veía su reflejo y alma en el espejito, y que de paso era muy oscura por sus malos sentimientos, palabras y acciones. Se merecía todo lo que le paso.
Disney inmortalizó a Blanca Nieves y los siete enanitos, la versión de este cuento más conocida es la de los hermanos Grimm. Sin embargo, es una historia que fue trasmitida, de generación en generación, del folclore del pueblo. El filme fue estrenado en el año 1937, dura aproximadamente una hora y veintitrés minutos de emociones y fantasía. Fue dirigida por David Kerrick Hand. Gano un premio Óscar, mención honorífica en el año 1939, y se le entregó a Walt Disney siete estatuillas pequeñas para cada enanito.

#Movies&Shows, disfruten de la reseña de la princesa Blanca Nieves, versión de Disney del año 1937. Desde niña sigo a la nobleza. Cada una tiene su particular belleza y manera de comportarse. Mi preferida es Blanca Nieves, a pesar de que era muda, nunca alzo la voz para defenderse de su madrastra y de su padre. Solo aprendió a cantar, limpiar, cocinar y encontrar un hombre para que le solucionara su vida. Sin embargo, tengo otras amigas princesas de Disney, luego les traeré su historia. ¿Cuál es tu princesa Disney favorita? Alguna vez has soñado con un príncipe azul.
No es relevante si somos princesas y príncipes, cada uno de nosotros somos capaces de construir y llenar de sol nuestra vida. No importan los obstáculos y las pesadillas, nunca debemos dejar de soñar. La única opción es levantarse, seguir el camino, y si encontramos piedras darle unos puntapiés y sacarla de la vía. Solo hay que entender que hay días buenos y malos, y tenemos que estar preparados para lo que se avecine. Es más importante tratar de ser cada día mejores personas, ser el ejemplo y un sol para iluminar el camino de un niño, y nunca jamás ser brujo ni monstruo para truncar sus sueños.
Sobre todo, romper con los viejos esquemas sobre la crianza de los hijos y estar muy pendientes de quien metemos en nuestra casa a cuidar de ellos, ya que no pueden defenderse y tómese un tiempo para escuchar sus inquietudes. Recuerden, como dice el dicho:” caras vemos pero corazones no sabemos”.

Hola Mafalda, realmente es así, lamentablemente existe un mundo con personas malas quizás desde un punto de vista inocente de un niño no comprenda e incluso al crecer nos cuesta creer que existe gente que simplemente se dedican a hacer el mal, así como las típicas madrastras que Disney nos muestra en sus películas clásicas.
Pienso que este tipo de películas, que aunque atacadas en la actualidad, son grandes clásicos que resisten en el tiempo, a mi hija le encantan las princesas aunque ha visto algunas más actuales reconoce quien es Blancanieves, su princesa favorita es La Sirenita jejeje.

@joheredia21 a mi me fascinan los dibujos animados, sobre todo los de Disney. Ademas son cuentos de hadas, por supuesto con sus mensajes subliminales. A mi todas las princesitas de Disney me gustan. Luego traere la pequeña sirenita, un aprincesita que fue capaz de dejar todo por amor de un principe desconsiderado. Saludos para la familia.

Hola Manita bella @mafalda2018,me encanto tu post.Particularmente amo a Blancanieves y a los enanitos. Me hiciste rememorar nuestra época de infancia, wuao que tiempos aquellos, recordar es vivir. Algunas madrastras son terribles como la de Blancanieves.
Hermana cuando saliamos todos a hacer cola para ver los estrenos de Harry Potter. Que tiempos aquellos que no volveran. Pero hay que seguir adealante, cuando regreses vamos air al cine .

Mas haya del aspecto del film, me gusto mucho como expresaste el como te hizo sentir la pelicula, despues de ver lo que estas viviendo actualmente en esta epoca de tu vida al mudarte, y hablar desde un sentido mas trasparente, la verdad tenia tiempo que no lei desde un punto de vista asi, saludos y buena review.
Muchas veces asociados un apelicula o tambien una canción a un momento feliz, a hechos que nos marcaron la vida. Para mi Blanca Nieves, es mi princesa preferida y me trae recuerdos lindos de mi niñez.

Esa vieja versión animada de Blanca Nieves es un clásico inolvidable. La Vi cuando era niño una vez que la pasaron en televisión, en realidad varía veces , no la volvía ver pero si se quedó en mi memoria los recuerdos de la .película animada. No sabía que era una película tan antigua. La última versión que ví fue una que hicieron en acción real, no recuerdo el título que le dieron.
He visto varias versiones y tambien la serie. Me fascina Blanca Nieves. Tiene ochenta y cinco años. Mis enanitos deben estar con su bastón: "Ay Ay ho..a casa a descansar... "

Me hiciste recordar cuando era niño, yo resistia ver esta pelicula porque pensaba que me volveria raro jaja, pero sin mentir esta fue la primera pelicula animada que vi completa, la recordaba mas moderna, gracias por comaprtir :D
