Most Popular Condiment in Nigeria
In Nigeria, the most popular condiment is likely Pepper Sauce, also known as Ata Din Din or Nigerian Pepper Sauce. It's a spicy condiment made from a mixture of peppers, onions, garlic, and other ingredients, and is often served with traditional Nigerian dishes like jollof rice, suya, and puff-puff.
Pepper Sauce is a staple in Nigerian cuisine, and its popularity can be attributed to the country's love for spicy and flavorful food. The condiment is widely used in various Nigerian recipes, and its unique flavor profile has made it a favorite among locals and visitors alike.

You're right about the pepper sauce. PIt's a popular condiment for preparing many Nigerian dishes like soups, tomato stew, sauce, pepper soups, barbecue fish or beef etc. It's actually popular among the Youruba tribe cos they love pepper.
I'd rather ask Chef @winanda to help out. 😅 What do you think
I bet @taskmaster4450le will cook up a storm if he eventually learns how to use the pepper sauce, Lol.
