Welcome To a Flexed-up Monday post
Last Monday I was too tired to post I went to sleep farily early and I also did not work out that day, later on during the week my printer broke so that slowed things down as that took much of my free time, it turned out for the best becouse I managed to get my other big printer working becouse I needed to print a part to fix my good printer, I was able to do that altough the quality of my old printer is still not great and will take some work to make it better, however I am not sure I will get around to that and that's part of the reason I did not bother with it for so long but nececity forced my hand and I at least got it fixed and printed the part I needed.
Anywway back into the work out series, So I feel off a bit weight wise and also I am a bit diaspointed that I have not been able to etablish a stretching habit I do stretch before my work out but I want to do a daily stretching too, I hope I will get that sorted out soon, the issue is I am a fairly free style individual and so I got a farily loose routine it makes life more fun for me but perhaphs not as productive as can be.
I am not really happy with how this series is going to be honest not just with the results but seems a bit boring I will try to spice things up just not sure how yet.
