Consistency

Hi Friends,

I don't post too often about my "boring" index funds, but Vanguard's Mega Cap Growth Index Fund has been a strong one in my portfolio for a long time:

Usually, mega cap stocks will underperform small cap stocks in periods of strong returns, but for some reason, mega cap stocks have been unusually strong over the last 10 years, particularly when they are classified as a growth stock.

Sometimes the valuations do not make a lot of sense on growth stocks, but it is hard to argue with the results lately. Simple low cost index funds are not exciting, but they can still provide consistent returns.

Thanks for coming by,
Brian

You are right

Microsoft, Apple and Amazon are holding more than %50 of the portfolio, that's good.

I will remember the fund "MGK".
