Proposal to Grow the Hive Ecosystem With the Everything App and One-Click Onboarding

in LeoFinancelast year (edited)

About LeoFinance

LeoFinance was created in July 2019 (we just had our 4th anniversary) as an individual community on Hive. The idea was to give crypto and finance enthusiasts on Hive a place to discuss anything related to these topics and earn $LEO in the process. A few months later and after getting some adoption, we launched our own condenser-forked frontend, specific to Finance, Crypto, Economics, and any topic related to money.

A few months later, we decided to self-fund the building of a new UI completely from scratch. We built the UI under our mission statement of Democratizing knowledge and access to finance through Web3... On the only blockchain that made sense, Hive.

Let's fast forward a couple of years and hundreds of thousands of dollars in self-funded development across our 12+ applications built on and around Hive to August 2022.

Remember Project Blank?

The vision of LeoFinance evolved. We talked about and hyped Project Blank for a long time. Our mission is to onboard the masses to Hive through LeoFinance and we realized that our platform was too niche to make that happen. Not only was it too niche in the sense of content subject (finance only) but it also was too niche in the content type. We needed to go beyond long-form articles only.

LeoFinance is now on a 10-year, self-funded development runway looking to go mainstream by becoming The Everything App, with our Flagship feature: Threads - Microblogging on the Hive blockchain. By this point and up until December 2022, LeoFinance has been the only frontend on Hive that hasn't decreased in monthly active users. We've worked incredibly hard to both maintain our user base throughout the bear market and simultaneously aim to grow it.

On Being Self-Funded

Being Self-Funded - and this is Khal speaking, by the way - has been extremely important to me because of many reasons. The main reason is not wanting to be a net-outflow for the Hive ecosystem. I want LeoFinance to be a net inflow for Hive - that is, bring in more outside capital, users, and attention than we ask for in return.

  • Bootstrapping is better

  • Answering to people

  • Being undeserving

These among other reasons are why LeoFinance has never sought outside funding for development. On top of the simple fact that we didn't need it for development. The development expenses of LeoFinance over the past 4 years amounts to more than $1,000,000 and that number continues to increase with each passing year.

That being said, our runway extends well into the next decade of development. I have long said that LeoFinance is not only a passion project, but a project that aims to build a real, economically viable business model. We aim to do this in many different ways. Among them, bringing outside capital into the Hive ecosystem.

Everyone knows that Hive needs money to flow INTO the system. There are plenty of ways that money flows out of Hive, but finding the inflows has always been a passionate point for me.

Ad revenue has started to grow into a behemoth for LeoFinance. Since the full launch of Threads, we have put ourselves on a really interesting trajectory to bring in tens of thousands of dollars per month into our ecosystem, and by effect, into the Hive ecosystem by enriching the Hivers who use leofinance.io.

May 2023 - Project Blank Finally Isn't... Blank

In May 2023, we launched our new User Interface. With each passing day, we are adding new features and fixes to build the ultimate social media experience. And it ALL lives on the Hive blockchain database.

  • In-app Engagement Leaderboards to encourage more on-chain activity (i.e. Threads, Comments, Posts, Replies)

  • LeoShorts - Short, temporary videos as an alternative to TikTok/IG stories, integrating with 3Speak

  • Short form videos embedded to the Microblogging feature, again integrating with 3Speak

  • Quiz and Forms as an alternative to Google Forms

Our Vision for The Everything App on Hive is definitive and permanent, and we have a 10-year roadmap ahead of us. This vision has a self-funded development runway for expenses that will allow us to keep building and growing, no matter what.

Our mission has long been to grow the Hive ecosystem but we want to do it right. We want to bring in both capital and users from the outside into the Hive blockchain.

We didn't want to and still never intend to ask for funds to develop our project's technology. Especially considering that most of our frontend technology is not open source. We don't believe in asking Hive as an ecosystem to pay for our technical developments or to pay the salaries of our team of developers, marketers, designers and administrators.

Grow the Size of the Hive Pie Rather Than Take a Bigger Slice

  • Since our new User Interface launch, we've grown from 500 monthly active Users to 1,300 monthly active users

image.png

  • Since our new Tokenomics model and the deployment of the Advertisement Revenue model, our native token ($LEO) has increased both in # of unique holders and in average price by almost 3x

image.png

Now that Threads is officially live, we are looking to grow this existing user base by more than 3x by December 2023 and finish the year with 5,000 Monthly Active users. For added context, Hive as a whole blockchain has about 11,000 Monthly Active users (blogging/commenting).

To achieve this, we are not just looking inward to the Hive blockchain. That would mean we grow from the 10% share of total Hive social users we currently have to 50% of Hive social users. While we do expect more growth within Hive from that 10%, we are more-so looking outward. To people who are not currently a part of the 11,000 monthly active social users on Hive.

We are mostly focused on attracting users from the outside of Hive. Our philosophy at LeoFinance is to grow the size of the pie, rather than get a bigger slice of the existing one.

Since March 2023, we've had more than 20 meetings with existing and thriving Crypto Projects from outside of the Hive Ecosystem, and so far we've successfully partnered with three of them to work in collaborative marketing efforts. We are working to have 10 thriving Crypto Companies as official partners by the end of 2023.

As our partners, we ask them to start publishing their Long-Form (think, Medium developer updates) project/development updates on the Hive blockchain. We also ask them to bring their users to our interface to interact with their development updates (comment) and also post Threads using their hashtag to gain more awareness.

We leverage our existing user base to show them the power of Hive by having our users comment on their dev updates, interact with their community's threads, and more. The power of Hive is one that is lacking on nearly EVERY OTHER platform out there - especially in the crypto space - that power is in the Hive community. This community is incredibly engaged, thoughtful and intelligent. By focusing the attention on these projects’ announcements, they will go from getting 0-2 comments on their Medium articles to getting 50-100+ on their Hive articles from the Hive community.

The power in that is something they will only recognize once they see it first hand.

Our Keywords are sustainable and continuous growth by capturing the existing Cryptospace user base, and converting the web2 user base by offering an array of alternatives to standalone web2 apps like Reddit, Medium, Twitter, Substack, Bitcointalk, etc.

Marketing and Promotion

Hive's power is in providing dApps the backend infrastructure and database to build on top of. The Hive layer 0 is the community, the layer 1 is the tech stack that can enable layer 2 development - like us.

From that point, it is up to us - the Layer 2 dApps - to not only build on Layer 1, but actually market ourselves, promote adoption and make onboarding through our applications as easy as possible.

This, among many reasons, is why you see the Hive Lite Account Protocol we built (called LeoInfra) as a staple in our onboarding process. We've made it as easy as 30 seconds to create a Hive account and make your first Thread/Post on the Hive blockchain. We encrypt the keys to the Hive account and allow users to download them later, once we've successfully retained them as a user and given them a reason to keep coming back.

It is not Hive itself that will drive adoption to the ecosystem, but the standalone dApps, business owners and developers who will spearhead any potential mainstream adoption.

The value that Hive captures is both in network effect from the increased user base as well as from resource credit utilization from dApps like us - who aim to grow our user bases to the point where we need to continually acquire more HIVE POWER to ensure our users never run out of RCs to interact with and store data on the Hive blockchain.

The Everything App - DHF Proposal

This proposal covers 7 different aspects that we will focus on:

  1. The Everything App Development

  2. Traditional Marketing

  3. Influencer Marketing

  4. Collaboration Marketing

  5. Guerilla Marketing

  6. Adoption Campaigns

  7. Organic Growth by TEA

1. The Everything App Development

As we mentioned above, since LeoFinance's inception, we have been fully self-funded and are adamant about remaining that way when it comes to our technology. We believe in building a sustainable, viable business and to NOT take away from the Hive ecosystem but rather, to bring capital and users into the Hive ecosystem.

The LeoVerse is an expensive project to run, but our vision extends far beyond what is possible today. Onboarding 5,000 MAUs is our goal in 2023 but what lies in 2033 and beyond is where our heads are at. We're looking to bring hundreds of thousands and eventually, millions of people to Hive through the LeoFinance Everything App.

Does that seem like a lofty dream to you? Does it sound almost unachievable? If you've been on this blockchain for a while, you probably think it's impossible to reach these goals. I've talked to a lot of people who think that way. This is understandable but I don’t share their pessimistic outlook. They are the same people who said Project Blank was an impossible vision to achieve and that LEO would die a few months after it was launched.

We strive to build an app that is not only as good as Web2 apps in terms of features and functionalities, but that it is actually BETTER than Web2 apps. This is extremely achievable. It's not easy, but I will - and our team will - be around for the next 10+ years and we will make it happen. We don't ever give up.

We strongly believe in bringing value to HIVE and not taking away from it. This is why we are asking for a whopping $0 in funding from the DHF for the development of The Everything App.

Yes, $0.

We will continue to self-fund the technological development and innovation for leofinance.io, hivestats.io, leodex.io, leofi.io, wleo.io and any other apps we build under our Everything App umbrella for the next 10 years and beyond. That's how we roll.

A Few Key Things Before We Get into Actual Budgets

Along the same lines where we believe that the DHF shouldn’t fund our own technology development, we also believe we shouldn’t ask the DHF to fund our employee payroll.

That's why all of the budgets and details below will show us asking for only the actual placements / marketing itself to be funded. The budget for our team’s time spent researching, activating, collaborating, partnering, etc., will come out of our own personal budget for payroll expenses.

Another key thing to note, and we'll reiterate this at the end: LeoFinance will 100% reimburse the DHF if we don't hit our broad deliverables. That is, if our marketing efforts are unsuccessful to actually onboard real human beings into getting a Hive account, we will refund our entire proposal budget to the DHF.

We believe that any DHF proposal has to provide clear and measurable goals. We want you to only fund this proposal if you believe that our goals are clear and measurable, and if we don’t live up to them, we will give all the marketing money back. A risk-free investment for Hive to gain itself more users. If it doesn't, it costs $0 to Hive.

Our focus is to make the pie bigger. We're not here for money, we're not here to get paid, we're here to grow the Hive ecosystem through our dApp.

2. Traditional Marketing

We believe there are two big reasons Hive has not yet been mass adopted as a Web3 Social Media platform

  1. The social media aspect has lacked usability

  2. Nobody knows about it

One of the biggest reasons Hive hasn't been adopted, is that people simply don't know about the ecosystem or the amazing dApps we have.

We believe that Hive advertising itself should be aimed at developers and entrepreneurs. @crimsonclad already has that on lock.

We want to advertise The Everything App in every corner of the cryptospace so that our target audience realizes there's an alternative to Reddit, Twitter, and Medium in a decentralized, immutable, censorship proof and tokenizable ecosystem.

Our ads will aim to convince these users that a Web3 social media app is now available and that it is life-changing once they adopt it. We bring them to our sign up flow where they are prompted to create a Hive Lite Account using LeoInfra and create their first Thread to earn some crypto... All in under 30 seconds.

Focus: Banners in crypto-related websites, featured articles in news outlets, small event sponsorships, and more.

Deliverables:

  • Full transparency with a detailed report of what we spend this budget on.

  • Monthly report on traffic, clicks generated, and user turnover through our referral system.

*The expenses to research correct venues and outlets to advertise on, to coordinate these sponsorships, and the man-hours to correctly onboard the new users will run on The Everything App's own budget. The DHF budget will ONLY be used for actual placements. No employees of The Everything App will be paid from this budget.

3. Influencer Marketing

Influencer marketing has become one of the best ways to push products. Look at the Logan Paul's and MrBeast's of the world. They have built brands around themselves as influencers. Companies now pay them tens of millions of dollars to sell their products. Additionally, these big influencers even created their own products.

The power of influencers has just begun. In a Web3 world, we believe this is even more important. You know how this works... Think of someone that is an influencer who you follow. Maybe it's a YouTuber or a TikToker or a reality TV show star. Whoever it is, you trust them. When they push a product, you are 10x more likely to go out and buy it.

Nobody talks about Hive in the traditional mainstream social media platforms except Hivers. If you search the #hive tag on Twitter, you will just see all of the same faces you see on Hive every day.

Influencer marketing can have great results if done right and choosing the people carefully. Our aim is to bring in some small, mid and eventually large influencers who will - as an example, using a Twitter influencer - move a % of their activities from Twitter to Threads.

We're not stupid. These influencers don't want to ditch Web2 where they've built their brand and business for some unknown Web3 platform, no matter how good that platform might be.

Instead, we're going to pay them to move a small % of their activities to Web3. Not all of it. We'll have them push it to their audience as another platform to use. Not a platform to replace.

Focus: Sponsored articles by opinion leaders, YouTube videos sponsorships, Twitter Threads by influencers, Twitch sessions sponsorships.

Deliverables:

  • Full transparency with a detailed report of what we spend this budget on.

  • Monthly report on traffic, clicks generated, and user turnover through our referral system.

*The expenses to research good influencers and coordinate these sponsorships, as well as the man-hours to correctly onboard the new users will run on The Everything App's own budget. Again, our Team won't take a paycheck from the DHF. EVER. We'll prove this through all of our transparency reports showing - to the penny - where funds flow.

4. Collaboration Marketing

As mentioned above, we have 3 official partners as of today, and we plan to keep on working to clinch more high impact partnerships. So far, we are self-funding all of these partnerships and will continue to do so in many ways.

Focus: Sponsor digital events revolving around our partners' ecosystem and communities. These events will involve, to a degree, using The Everything App to become eligible to win.

We recently ran a Zealy campaign and gave away $10k from our own budget. This campaign onboarded hundreds of new users and brought a lot of attention and activity to the Everything App as well as to the Hive ecosystem. Tons of new accounts were created.

We want to keep running campaigns like this one but to also start running them with our partners. We believe we have an amazing model now tested and built for this and leveraging it alongside our partnerships could bring in thousands of new users per campaign.

Deliverables:

  • Full transparency with a detailed report of what we spend this budget on.

  • Report on user turnover and retention through our referral system.

*The expenses to coordinate these contest sponsorships and the man-hours to correctly onboard the new users will run on The Everything App's own payroll budget. The DHF only needs to cover the actual marketing payment.

5. Guerilla Marketing

The Hive Ecosystem and Crypto in general is growing slowly if we look at worldwide metrics, but if we look at specific countries we can see that the adoption rate is high, and grows at an accelerated pace. Guerilla Marketing has been a huge lacking point for the Hive ecosystem.

Focus: QR code Stickers spread around whole cities. Our very own users will take this task into their own hands and paste these stickers in strategic points: High traffic corners, restaurants, parks etc.

People have done stuff like this before and there has been a lot of success for other crypto projects who have done it right.

We believe we can do this right by having a seamless onboarding funnel connected to a QR code.

This is going to be a very small % of our overall marketing budget, but we believe that the cost per onboarded user will be extremely low & highly efficient.

Why? Because a QR code that says something like "Scan Me to Get $10 in Crypto in 30 Seconds" (rough example) will get a ton of scans.

Then they get fed to an onboarding funnel to use LeoInfra's Hive Lite Account Protocol and within 30 seconds, they create a Hive account and are prompted to post their first Thread.

Deliverables:

  • Full transparency on what we spend this budget on.

  • Report on user turnover and retention through our referral system.

*The expenses to pay our users for their time to spread these stickers and the man-hours to correctly onboard the new users will run on The Everything App's own budget.

6. Adoption Campaigns

In June, we organized an adoption Campaign that resulted in hundreds of thousands of views on Twitter, tens of thousands of views on Youtube, hundreds of clicks on Medium and a turnover of 1,300 Monthly Active users on LeoFinance.

We achieved this through Zealy, a gamification platform that leverages on the existing user base to promote crypto ecosystems and market them through p2p strategies. We funded the $10,000 USD prize from our own pocket and we are very satisfied with the results. The cost per user onboarded was extremely efficient and well-worth every penny we spent.

We want to continue our Zealy campaigns as a monthly initiative where we reward our users for their promotion efforts, and we onboard new users to the Hive Ecosystem.

Deliverables:

  • Monthly report about user engagement, web2 KPIs, and results.

  • Report on user turnover and retention through our referral system.

*We will match the DHF out of our own pocket - 50% of the Prize pool will be self-funded, and the other half from the DHF budget we're asking for. The expenses of running the campaigns and the man-hours to correctly onboard the new users will again come from our own pocket. We won't ask the DHF to fund our payroll for these campaigns.

7. Organic Growth by TEA

We will continue with our normal user acquisition and onboarding strategies to increase our Monthly Active Users, and as a result increase the Total active users in the Hive Blockchain.

The Everything App: DHF Proposal

The budget breakdown below is shown daily for transparency, enabling anyone to know exactly where the funds are going:

  • The Everything App Development - $0 (we'll never ask Hive to pay for our own technical development or team payroll)

  • Advertisement - $120

  • Traditional Marketing - $90

  • Influencer Marketing - $140

  • Guerilla Marketing - $70

  • Adoption Campaigns - $75

  • Organic Growth - $0

Total Daily Budget: $495

Time Frame

Our marketing plan is designed for the remainder of 2023, starting on September 1st, and continuing throughout the full year of 2024.

Onboarding Goals

Our initial goals are designed on a quarterly basis. They will be revisited every quarter if the goals of the previous quarter are overachieved substantially, and modified to reflect the previous growth of the Hive Ecosystem. If the goals of the previous quarter are not achieved, we will revisit the strategies - not the goals - to make up for the unachieved growth in the current quarter.

To determine these initial goals, we are taking into account the customer acquisition cost for established social media platforms that leverage their economies of scale. The high customer acquisition cost (CAC) for web3 projects is inefficient but in that inefficiency, there is a lot of room to grow compared to web2 platforms. We've researched and tested the efficiency of cost per acquisition of Google ads, and the cost per lead for B2B channels. We're also considering the existing Hive user base and aiming for a substantial percentage-wise growth of the ENTIRE Hive ecosystem, not just our own current user base.

We are focusing on acquiring monthly active users for the Hive ecosystem, not on onboarding investors. We strongly believe that the investing part of the equation will come naturally with usage and overall network effects, but the first step is to actually bring in users. If there are no users of Hive, Hive is dead. The reason we are alive and thriving from a developer and investor perspective is because of the Layer 0 - the community of die-hard Hivers that come to this chain every single day.

With a budget of ~$15,000 USD per month and taking into account that there is no other metric to determine if an onboarding process is successful except for usage, our onboarding goals by quarter are:

YearPeriodNew Users*Growth %*CAC
2023Sep4504.1$33
2023Q41,5007.6$30
2024Q11,6507.8$27
2024Q21,8158.0$25
2024Q32,0008.2$22
2024Q42,2008.3$20
Total9,61588%$25

*The goals show a positive tendency as we assess what works and what doesn't on a quarterly basis, allowing us to allocate the budget towards higher-impact activities in future quarters.

*Taking into account the average Hive MAUs is 10,900. Each quarter takes into account the growth of the previous quarter.

As mentioned above, these goals will be revisited quarterly and if we overachieve them by a substantial margin we will modify them accordingly for the upcoming quarters.

Deliverables

For each of the 5 Marketing sections above we will publish a monthly report with:

  • Expenses with invoices attached

  • Budget allocation

  • Users converted

  • Retention rate of previous Qs*

  • Market insights

  • Impressions

  • Links to ads, tweets, articles etc.

  • Overall growth graphics

  • Learnings and experiences to create a framework for future initiatives like this one, either by Leo or by anyone else

*for transparency and learning purposes, not as a KPI

Tracking the Onboarding and the Budget

Each of the 6 growth sections above will have an individual referral code, enabling us to track the success of each section in terms of conversion and retention. This data will allow us to allocate more resources to the most successful sections.

For transparency, we will create an account for the DHF fund on both Hive and BSC. This account will be publicly accessible, enabling anyone to oversee, track the transactions, and cross-check them with the invoices and proof of payments we receive

Overview and Results

  • Name: The Everything App - DHF Proposal

  • Time Frame: 16 months - September 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2024

  • Goals: +9,615 new Hive users (nearly 2x the current user base of Hive)

  • Total Budget: $241,560 USD

If, by the end of the proposal and by any chance, we fail to achieve the proposal's onboarding goals, we will promptly transfer the total amount we receive* back to the DHF account. Eating the amount we spent over the prior 16 months out of our own pocket.

A No-Risk Investment into Marketing for the Hive Blockchain

If we achieve our onboarding goals, the Hive ecosystem will grow by at least 88% with an average CAC of $25 USD per user, which is extremely competitive even if we compare it to traditional, established social media platforms.

If we don’t achieve our onboarding goals, the Hive ecosystem will still grow by any percentage at a $0 cost, because we will reimburse all of the marketing budget we receive.

Hive's current market cap is just over $100 Million. With 11,000 users making up the monthly active social user base. We're not saying that doubling this user base is going to immediately add $100M to the market cap of Hive, but we do believe in an MCAP $ per user. Increasing the user base by 2x will surely have an impact on the overall growth, attractiveness and efficacy of Hive and all her dApps.

Counterarguments to Our Proposal

Q: What if you just bot the account creation through one referral link and reach the target with useless accounts?

A: We will measure an active user as someone who creates an account with one of our referral codes, and posts X posts/comments. We are aiming to onboard active users. Not people who come here once and then leave.

Follow-up Q: Yeah but that can be botted too.

A: We'll regularly publish data on these users (as we already do with our current user base) showing the overall activity in terms of Posts, Comments, Votes, Threads. Again, ACTIVE users are our goal.

Q: But why would the Hive DHF pay for the marketing of an individual dapp?

A: As stated in the first section, we believe that the DHF should not fund the development of dApps and pay their team's salaries (which are often inflated af). We have our own budget for development. Our own runway to pay our team. We even fund our current marketing efforts. Our proposal here simply aims to amplify and accelerate our ability to onboard people to Hive through https://leofinance.io as their initial gateway interaction.

We want to get them hooked on Threads, Posts, Comments, etc. and continually educate them about the other opportunities on Hive so that they can take control of their Web3 journey and utilize not just our dApp but all of the opportunities on Hive. A rising tide lifts all boats.

“If you build it, they will come” is not going to work. Projects need marketing and they need to position themselves in front of the target audience. As opposed to asking for development funds to simply wait for the "build it and they will come model" we are pushing a "we are going to fund and build this thing no matter what, they will come because we push massive marketing & onboarding campaigns in their faces".

Our campaigns will primarily focus on simply getting the prospect to sign up and start interacting on Microblogging (Threads), create their first Post, create their first Comment, play around with the Hive/Hive-Engine wallet UI, etc.

From there, the campaigns that we run directly on our UI will focus on educating them about Hive from a broader perspective - teaching them about how their content is living on an immutable Web3 blockchain and how their account can be utilized on other Web3 dApps who are built on that base layer.

No one should ever vote for any project from leofinance. They literally slowly rug pulled users with cubfinance. They just use the hype to funnel users to their trap. During defi hype they used cubfinance. Now that elon bought twitter and thread thing is in hype he is trying to milk dao with bullshit. He all day talks about beating twitter with his bullshit thread app which pretty much no once uses except his circle. I wish dao had downvote mechanism and I would buy hive to downvote his proposal.

The biggest problem with this is that you would be using DHF funds that are everyones funds on Hive to lead traffic to only 1 single Hive dapp.

Could this work? Sure. All dapps should have a marketing budget.
There is only 1 prerequisite you need to meet and that is an easy signup system. An email/facebook login.
I think you have that covered when I last checked, if im not mistaken.

Promoting Peakd or Hiveblog, for example, in this manner, would be a complete waste of time due to their user unfriendly signup system and the Hive keys instantly being shoved in user faces the second they touch the dapp. If that hasnt been understood yet after all these years, I hold no hope that it ever will.
For Leo it could work.

You should also consider that influencers are expensive, theyre lazy, they take so much time to deal with and are completely clueless most of the times.
The time you spend on them might have much more value than the actual return they provide.

Also, you should probably not have so many different marketing channels up at the same time. You should be focusing on 1 or 2. You will spread human resources and funds thin. Pushing 1 or 2 channels would allow you to build more momentum.

When I worked on marketing, advertising did about 2.5x industry benchmarks but it failed on signup since everyone was completely confused by it. People are very interested in the concept, its the initial user experience what's terrible.
On influencer marketing success will depend on how good you are at vetting the content creators and how much time you put in with them. Most of them lie, fake engagement, fake views, etc. You have tools online to check that.
If you go on youtube consider that a 1 million Sub legit account for 15 seconds of ad time charges about 15k-20k USD per video. It can go up to 3x that when it comes to crypto influencers.

Anyways, good luck with the proposal.

Said this LONG ago if the onboarding it trash it doesn't matter how much money you throw at it it's going to greatly underperform.

The onboarding process is better now as long as LEO can issue in enough hive/leo power to new users that they can interact well and then scan and manage those for inactives (Perhaps a 30 day window before the delegation is removed) It would give them a chance to earn a little something and hopefully support themselves.

The biggest missing part to this right now however is an easy way to swap crypto or fiat for LEO/Hive on the UI and also the explain how that all works and why they would want to do that. That's the biggest friction point I see right now. Getting people in and earning a little isn't too bad now but that earning is just going to be an exit (however at least it's supported by ad revenue this time around which will help)

There's a serious lack of development that happens on hive. There's critical elements missing that other blockchains have but it's only been LEO that I've seen take this head on with DeFi, Swaps, New social network methods and then supporting it with ad. Something like this could start to support more development as well which is critical if hive is ever going to take off.

Influencer marketing can work great if done right. It's the single most powerful method for building something quickly and then keeping people around. I dropped my two cents on what needs to be in those contracts to the LEO team and if they are there and upheld is should produce a decent result instead of a one off pitch.

I agree on the importance of the delegations. We've built something that handles this - as mentioned in the post:

"Hive Resource Credit Dynamic pool (LeoFinance has accumulated a lot of HIVE Power across various accounts and is building a dynamic pool to delegate RCs to all users as needed)"

We currently delegate to users and are in the testing phase of this more updated and dynamic version which can delegate and pull delegations of RCs efficiently by tracking user activity. i.e. when a user is highly active, we watch their RCs start to get low and then delegate more.

When a user's RCs start building up, our delegation bot sees it and then un-delegates some RCs as they aren't being used. If they suddenly become active again, then step #1 restarts and they get delegated more RCs as their activity rises and RCs fall.

Buying LEO / HIVE is definitely a piece but I don't thing it's front and center for most users. Most users are here to be active on social media, not to buy into some crypto currency. Recognizing that is important. "but how does LEO / HIVE benefit from that?" Users are highly valuable. They create the UGC but they also generate (for us) ad revenue that feeds back to LEO.

The investors need to know how to buy LEO / HIVE and the gateway is through DeFi exchanges - my opinion. We're aiming to update the bridge to be built into the leofinance.io UI soon and allow people direct swaps to LEO / HIVE through other cryptos using the smart contract multi-token bridge backend.

" it's only been LEO that I've seen take this head on with DeFi, Swaps, New social network methods and then supporting it with ad"

Thank you 🙏🏽

"Influencer marketing can work great if done right. "

If done right is the key operative word! Vet the influencers and do a lot of research on their audience before jumping into an agreement with them. Lots of BS out there, especially in the crypto space. We've seen these pitfalls and even got burnt by a few back in some of our old campaigning days. Learning from these successes and failures is important in carrying forward.

One way we want to leverage influencers is actually getting them consistently using leofinance.io and telling their audience to as well. We have a lot of ideas for this but imagine just 1 successful influencer bringing themselves + 1000 of their most loyal fans. Could be a game changer for all of us. The right research is highly important.

Thanks for all your feedback both on this proposal and with the UI. It's always greatly appreciated!

Said this LONG ago if the onboarding it trash it doesn't matter how much money you throw at it it's going to greatly underperform.

Thats why I moved away from it when I was doing this, from brute forcing signups to brand awareness. Stuff like the promo video I did is still the most viewed Hive piece of content ever made by far.
You need to try and if you see it doesnt work or something works better, you adjust.

There's a serious lack of development that happens on hive.

Im talking to people right now to finally do a Hackathon. Some projects have been doing them with great effect.
But i cant do it myself. I need devs to deal with documentation and to vet code.

Some cool stuff ends up coming out of hack-a-thons I'm a big fan of that.

Hey man, first of all thank you for your vote in the proposal, and an even bigger thank you for the feedback.

You are entirely right, a great user onboarding experience depends on how easy it is for potential adopters to start using the app. This is precisely why one of the main pilars for the new User Interface of Leo is on-chain hive accounts with an existing Twitter or Google accounts.

This Twitter and Google sign-up process is fast and simple. After around 30 seconds of authorizations from either Twitter/X or Google account, users will be able to thread without having to deal with their keys, wallet concepts, blockchain buzzwords (decentralized, immutable etc). Then, when they are ready and want to do so, they can claim their wallet and keys, with all the rewards they have generated so far.

The Influencers part is tricky, we do have some quotes from reliable, non-botted personalities in the crypto space, and yes you are right they are expensive and most of the times they don't deliver enough results for what they charge. Any influencers that end up doing any promotion/marketing/mentions of Leo will have to be familiar with the project, like it, and if they want, invest on hive or leo before doing any work, and we hope/expect that their promotion services will be partly paid for, and partly because they want to do it. That being said, thanks for the feedback on this, anyone who's worked with influencers in the past knows how tricky this can be, so thanks for the heads up.

Also, you should probably not have so many different marketing channels up at the same time. You should be focusing on 1 or 2. You will spread human resources and funds thin. Pushing 1 or 2 channels would allow you to build more momentum.

We will definitely take this into account for the deep dive on each marketing section, thanks for your take on this!

Overall, thanks for the good words at the end and again, thanks for the proposal vote!

I'm with you on this one. There is no point in marketing an app like peakd that isn't user friendly. It won't encourage people to stay and even if they do creating content doesn't add any value to the app or to the eco-system.

I've been vocal for years on the need for easy access to hive, lite accounts, a web2 experience and especially ad revenue for apps to generate profit.

LEO has hit or is on the process of hitting all of these points so it is almost time to start spreading the word.

I would say that it's vital to have all the bugs worked out of the site first. Make sure that when people arrive that the site is ready for them and shows it's best face.

The other point would echo the comment above and be careful where the funds are directed. For a niche site like LEO i could see a lot more success from small er events, guerilla marketing, certain sponsorships that tie into the brand and other efforts.

The team is not aiming for huge numbers to start and these should be achievable for very little outlay rather than throwing money at influencers who don't care about the product, have no integrity and in most cases are far from trusted by any community. Influencer is a dirty word in a lot of sectors.

With that said, it's time to make some moves into the broader crypto community and the proposal has my vote. If not now, when??

Lets just hope that it is done in the right way. A quarter million is a lot of money to outlay against a few thousand users. I would hope to see a lot more than that for the money when compared other apps that are out there. Smaller targeted marketing.

Exactly right on all of your points and thank you for your support on the proposal! The experience needs to be seamless - I've often said and re-said in this proposal - and it needs to feel as good or better than Web2. Our UI is in a really good spot right now.

Are there improvements to be made? Always.

New features to add? Always.

We will always keep pushing that envelope.

But you're right - if not now, then when? The Hive userbase (social only) is 11k users. We are offering to DOUBLE the Hive userbase. It will only cost Hive ~$220k to double its userbase.

As stated toward the end of the proposal, it's not an exact metric but consider that 11k users and the current market cap of HIVE is $100m.

Will doubling the userbase be worth another $100m to Hive at a cost of $220k? Not necessarily. But what we are saying is that doubling the userbase of a $100m project is likely to be worth some amount of "valuation" to the core project. We believe that its in the millions of dollars at a bare minimum but again - that's a hugely subjective variable that will be impossible to predict.

We want to be the net inflow for Hive. The thing that Hive has been waiting for is a mainstream moment that creates an influx of new users. We're gonna put in our own resources and match them with the funding from this proposal to make that a reality.... and if we don't succeed, the DHF gets all of the money back.

Get 9,000+ new Hivers or pay $0. That is the offer we're making to the Hive community. We know we can achieve it and we're betting on ourselves because we'll have to pay all the costs of marketing if this plan doesn't work and we do in fact return the DHF funding.

I think this is a pivotal moment to onboard new Hivers and it makes me very excited to think about the coming year when we 2x the social user base of Hive which will ultimately benefit every single dApp in this ecosystem.

There is no point in marketing an app like peakd that isn't user friendly.

When I was doing this, I tried most approaches on a smaller scale before moving to brand awareness almost entirely.
The best results by far were related to Ecency and the mobile app. Nothing else came even remotely close.
Onboarding via influencer affiliate link on Hiveonboard had terrible results. On a sample of a 100 created accounts only 1 actually made it into a dapp and none of them made a post. They simply didnt know what to do with the keys.
And I would know this because id have to try and explain how to do it in the comments of the influencer videos.

I've been vocal for years on the need for easy access to hive, lite accounts, a web2 experience and especially ad revenue for apps to generate profit.

Without this you have very little chance of any mainstream success.

For a niche site like LEO i could see a lot more success from small er events, guerilla marketing, certain sponsorships that tie into the brand and other efforts.

Yes. I mean the proposal is fairly long but it doesnt actually cover specifics. I was kind of dissapointed with that. But I assume they didnt want to spend time brainstorming before the proposal passes.

A quarter million is a lot of money to outlay against a few thousand users.

Yes, but its very easy to remove support if unhappy with results.

Hey man, we are definitely doing a deep dive on each of the sections very soon, we have something prepared for this but of course, the proposal is already way too long to squeeze in details on each section.

I'm about to reply to your main comment but this one is faster to tackle hehe.

My previous @v4vapp proposal has expired. I have a new one which is running but unfunded right now. I'm still running @v4vapp and all my other services.

I've just updated v4v.app and I'm getting ready for some exciting new features after the next hard fork.

Please consider asking your friends to vote for prop #265 or consider unvoting the return vote.

For understandable reasons in the current crypto climate it is harder to get funded by the DHF, I accept this so I'm asking a wider audience for help again. I'll also add that I power up Hive every day and usually power up larger amounts on 1st of the Month. I'm on Hive for ideological reasons much more than for only economic benefit.

Additionally you can also help with a vote for Brianoflondon's Witness using KeyChain or HiveSigner

If you have used v4v.app I'd really like to hear your feedback, and if you haven't I'd be happy to hear why or whether there are other things you want it to do.

In my opinion, if this proposal is not funded, probably no other proposal really deserves it.

Leofinance has done things the way I think they should be done. Lots and lots of rights and wrongs, but all on your terms and at your own risk. If Leofinance is in the (good) situation it is in, it is only on its merits.

Reading this proposal made me think of the sweet first months, when I first discovered LEO. Hopefully this trend can continue and Leofinance will be able to attract all these users.

Needless to say, you have my vote. I hope you have the best of luck and that this goes ahead.

Onwards!

Thank you so much for the praise @empoderat, it means a lot!

As a project, we've had a lot of trials and a lot of errors. I think this iteration is important for any startup - especially in the crypto space.

These iterations have allowed us to keep growing, keep going to the drawing board and always look to the future for how we can do better. We've got a lot in the pipeline and we hope that the community sees how the project has evolved with time - constantly trying to get better, learn from things that worked/didn't work and do better.

Thanks again for your support now and in the past 🙏🏽🦁

Excellent. Best DHF proposal i've ever seen. Of course i will support it and encourage others to do the same.

Edit. #feedback
Ecency link to vote didn't work (for me). i used Peakd link to vote (i was the first i think :-)

Also the table did not show correctly on leofinance.io so here's a screenshot from Peakd

Thank you #LeoTeam for all your work.

Sat Nam

Atma

Thank you! This means a lot coming from a Hive user that is vocal about feedback and improvement opportunities in the ecosystem, like you.

Thank you Atma! Really appreciate your support. Ah I think we've got a lil thing to fix for the publisher UI and Markdown tables, thanks for pointing that out

You're very welcome. i've been pro Leo since i came across it a couple of years or so ago and bought some LEOM and LEO and am stacking daily (by big hive.voter delegation).

After reading this post i am now super-stoked and will get onboard with Zealy.

Still struggling with the (Beta - let's be real :-) UI, but willwill keep on persevering despite much frustration.

i just promoted on ecency for ine week.

Peace and Love

Voted as I know you guys will give this your best shot. If you need any help just ask. Coti used to be on Steem years ago and are now on Medium and they would definitely join if you approach them and explain what is happening here. They have thousands who would sign up and is a no brainer.

Thank you for the offer man, we'll get in touch with you, any experience marketing the hive blockchain is valuable and any tips are much appreciated. Thanks for the support man!

I have been calling for this for some time now. You guys deserve every penny you get from proposal. With all the work the team are doing to promote hive, I say it will be well deserved. I have shown my support by voting and I hope more people do the same. Cheers!

Thank you 🙏🏽 we want to bring the next generation of Hivers onto the chain! We can all achieve it together

Never read this kind of detailed proposal. Very impressive and convincing. Indeed, Hive mass adoption is coming via LeoFinance. I'll not only support this, would campaign for wide support. Congratulations to all of us.

It's true, we were considering lowering the word count and then adding links to it for further reading, but decided to put the whole thing in one post! Some people are asking for more details, but the post was already too long to go in-depth in many things. That being said, more details on each section coming soon.

I have witnessed the evolution and constant work on the project, so you have my vote and my confidence. You can count on me in this one.

Thank you so much for your support, it means the world!

We'll always aim to over promise and over deliver

Almost doubling the number of active social users on Hive until the end of 2024 is a serious target, but one needed if we don't want to stagnate or worse, die off.

I upvoted the proposal and looking forward to seeing the first results after September if it gets funded (hopefully).

Maybe I am wrong, but it's actually the first proposal with a guaranteed refund, if targets are not met.

We're hoping to see it funded as well! And we are aiming to bring results on that first month. Thank your for your support man!

I don't know if its the first one, but its definitely the first I've heard of haha

The greatest DHF proposal I've ever seen, I hope it succeeds. Of course, I will support because I think it will help the growth of the Hive ecosystem.

Growing the ecosystem is up to every one of us, we want to spearhead the marketing efforts so we all grow together. Wen 100k hive active users?

Thank you for supporting the proposal fren

It is true, it is up to every one of us to grow it, and it also is very important to take such steps to accelerate it. 100k hive active users sounds great, although it may seem difficult, it will not be difficult at all with such marketing efforts.

You're welcome. Good luck.

It is exciting to be part of this amazing evolution that LeoFinance is having together with Hive.

I have supported the proposal with my vote!

I like this proposal more that some that are currently funded, you have my vote.

Let's see the results in some months.

Each proposal has something beneficial for the ecosystem, and we believe marketing to the masses is now possible with our one-click onboarding process with Twitter and Google accounts.

Thank you for your support amigo, results will start coming in by September!

The problem with many of the currently funded proposals is many of them don't even offer tangible milestones p.e. ''this feature will be delivered in Q3 2023'', they just get funded for the sake of getting funded. And dozens of thousands of HBD are going into it without much explanation or justification.

Anyways, as I said earlier. If this proposal doesn't get funded. Practically none of the others deserves it.

The Hive platform definitely needs growth so I am in favour of whatever drives that. I think the opportunity could be in niche communities, e.g. music artists, crafters, sports, that do not make it big on the corporate platforms. If you get a few people bringing over their fans then there is potential for it to take off.

We do have an issue with Hive as a brand name as it clashes with other things, but we need something to sell as the 'everything platform'. Leo offers a lot, but people will want games and other dapps. They need to know the platform offers those too.

We need to be wary of driving people away. I hear too many stories of people getting downvotes and just giving up. We need to deal with abuse, but just disagreeing with what someone is doing may not be reason enough to try to get them to leave. Some big accounts have strong ideas of what Hive should be, but it needs to be diverse.

I 100% agree. I think there is a TON of low-hanging fruit for us to gather small influencers and get them to bring their audience over.

"but people will want games and other dapps. They need to know the platform offers those too."

Yes! We are building the LeoInfra onboarding protocol in a very specific way to benefit all of Hive

  1. User is onboarded into a 30 second process of linking a Web2 account to a fresh Hive account we create for them
  2. User gets to start using leofinance.io right away. Get them hooked by getting them to create some threads/posts and earn a little HIVE + LEO
  3. Once they start earning some crypto in their Hive wallet, our UI autonomously prompts them to take a short course on how to self-custody their keys and also teaches them about Hive Keychain and other wallet apps. From there, the course also talks about other ways to earn & interact on Hive and links out to those
  4. User earns a little crypto for taking the course (gotta incentivize them to take it, like Coinbase Earn program) and then they download their Hive account private keys and are also educated on the Hive ecosystem

This is our onboarding flow and how its aimed to get them:

  1. Hooked on leofinance.io to make sure they stick around
  2. Pay them a small amount of LEO to take a course on the whole Hive ecosystem
  3. Get them to become a multi-dApp user of Hive

We really want to work with other Hive dApps on this onboarding flow. Maybe even offering incentives for them to try Splinterlands, Hive Keychain, Actifit, etc... By offering them a few bucks to go to those dApps and do a few interactions

Our goal here is to grow the whole of Hive

That's what I want to hear :)

a long read! Don‘t know if I understand every detail, but my bottom Line: it is the right time to (re)start my appearence here 😊

Supported. Thank you, I find it very gracious that you are offering to refund the community if the goals aren't met, and that you are asking for funding only for very specific costs and covering the rest out of your own pocket. This does not go unnoticed.

I wonder about your message to these people that you will hopefully bring here. Is it that you want to tell them about the everything app? The messaging sounds very similar to what the major apps in the world say and how they try to attract users. So are we the same, but just with the addition of blockchain? Somehow I think that we have something incredibly unique that gives people the ability to have their freedom, to have their economy and society. Hive has proven it has censorship resistance. And it has proven it enables people to create their own community and culture without interference from others. It has also proven it enables people to collectively make decisions, to be co-owners. Do you plan to include such points in your messaging, or to see how people would respond to them?

Hey there Boris. The message won't be come to the everything app, even though we came up with the idea a couple of years ago and only started to talk about it around a year ago, the hype Elon has pushed around this concept is not something we want to piggyback ride. That being said, it will be part of the message but not the main message.

The main message is still being polished, but it revolves around offering alternatives to what there is already out there, but with self ownership - think Elon taking accounts by force like @music, or the Reddit centralized measures - and freedom in general. The rewards are not a main selling point, because we've seen how that has been gone from 2016 to 2021.

That being said, the main message is still getting polished, if you have any feedback on this, we're all ears!

The positive part of this prpoposal's length is that we'll be able to benchmark and run data on what works, what doesn't, where it does and how impactful it is, and then refocus efforts live, while putting out reports every month.

Great, thanks for the response, and what you mentioned the messaging could revolve around sounds great to me.

Do you plan to have any super small-scale user studies where you can very closely see how the whole thing goes before running any larger-scale onboarding programs? Like, connecting to even just 3-4-5 people that you know and seeing which messaging points they respond to with excitement, and then looking at their device or doing a screenshare to see exactly what happens on their journey? Doing such in-depth user studies and documenting the findings (typically as video recordings that can be analyzed later) can be extremely informative before running any larger campaigns where you are zoomed out and see only numbers without all the real-world nuance and intricacies which answer why the numbers look as they do.

The book The Lean Startup describes this, and the book Lean Analytics goes into crafting actionable and reliable metrics (such as using ratios instead of absolute numbers).

I feel really strongly about DHF proposals and I write about the dodgy looking ones all the time through satirical posts that some of you may have read and thankfully not downvoted. The DHF proposals are an area of Hive that can be and are being exploited in this great community and I always asked the question. Why the likes of legitimate Dapps such as LeoFinance and Splinterlands never asked for a percentage of the DHF funds in beyond me because let's be honest, these two Dapps are pretty much the only two Dapps bringing in users. And if I was them I would be pretty shocked looking some of (not all) the proposals actually getting funded. So I am absolutely delighted that LeoFinance has entered the ring with a really well thought out project that will use the DHF funds to add value (not take it away) to our ecosystem. Leofinance are trying their bloody heart out to make their Dapp a success with their different projects so if anyone deserves any funds it is them and not Zuzu from Venezuela that sets up a Hive event in her back garden, or some accident prone fella WITH 0 HP claiming 100k HBD to do a beach gym season with a few Hive logos. I won't even mention how much was spent on the car. This should be what DHF proposals are all about. Traditional advertising does work. Tiktok does work. Claiming the traditional advertising such as influencers doesn't work is a lazy attitude. You chose the wrong one. Simples. The good ones are really good. It does work but you gotta be on top of it. The methods mentioned in the above posts are music to my ears. Well done @khaleelkazi and team for building Leo from the ground up. If this does not deserve the DHF proposal nothing does,. p.s if you do get the funds, get yourself a couple more of those comfortable hoodies you have on in your meetings. I promise I won't call you out over it. Well done @leofinance. Onwards and upwards.

Thank you so much for your vote physically and your vote of confidence @blanchy! It means a lot

You made some great points here and I really appreciate the praise from you. We've never wanted to be a net outflow for Hive which is why we never put a proposal up.

The standards that I wish for the DHF are certain conditional requirements like having:

  1. Clear and measurable goals
  2. Clear target dates
  3. Clear deliverables
  4. Not paying our team from DHF funds (paying from our own pocket instead)
  5. Not enriching ourselves from Community Funds (again, using DHF only for the purpose of our proposal)
  6. Delivering on our deliverables or giving the money back

These are things that I think are a necessary bar to meet for a proposal. I'm glad you see that we will live up to them. We're 76/100% of the way there and it's because of awesome supporters like you. Thank you 🙏🏽❤️

I have a question on etiquette. With the new long term evergreen focus of Leo, is it proper to write a long form blog post, and post it not just to the Leoverse, but on your own blog as well?

We are determining the best practices, but as it stands now, reblogging doesn't hurt/help traffic after a few days. The real traffic will come from organic engine searches and promoting specific links (the links don't care where it's posted on chain, just that it's posted).

I've been here for some months now to witness the transition of the Leo UI from the Alpha to the new UI, was part of the adoption campaign and I'm greatly impressed by massive improvement and new features on the UI.

Now this is the time to support the Leo Team for the growth of the community and Hive Ecosystem.
💯 In support of this proposal and voted too.

Thank you @luchyl! This means a lot. We worked hard on the UI to get it to Alpha and then even harder to keep rolling features out. The adoption campaign worked phenomenally and brought in more users than any other single initiative we've ever done.

Our goal with this proposal is to scale all of those efforts up and do bigger and better initiatives to onboard 9,615 new users to the Hive ecosystem using https://leofinance.io as the gateway. I think it's going to blow peoples' minds when they see what we've got in store!

You are welcome.

You are absolutely right. The adoption campaign really brought LeoFinance into limelight in the crypto world and more users keep coming onboard everyday. I see them and feel happy that all our efforts in the campaign is still yielding results.

I specially commend you and the team's efforts towards making LeoFinance the hub for sustainable growth in Hive ecosystem and I'm hopeful that the proposal will be approved.

Long Live LeoFinance 👏

interesting proposal but trying to make the hive pie bigger is always easier said then done, and while this probably won't do all the growing it will do it in the right direction

Easier said than done, true, but we are confident we can deliver. And yes, either way, the hive ecosystem wins!

I agree, it's always easier to talk about the growth than to get it. That's why Hive is at 11k social MAUs today. I believe we've got a real shot at 2x'ing that userbase

That's why in this proposal, I put my money where my mouth is: if we get funded, we will spend the funds on growing the user base. We will deploy our own resources (time and capital) alongside the DHF funds to make this happen.

I'm so confident that we're gonna grow the pie that if we don't hit that 9,600+ users onboarded goal, I will refund all of the DHF money we spent out of my own pocket. That's how confident I am in our team.

This last piece was really important to me because I've been on this chain for a long time and seen a lot of false promises about marketing. I don't want us to be another false promise. I want to promise and over deliver. If we don't do that, then we give all the money back and Hive doesn't lose anything as an ecosystem.

I'm very confident in the team we've put into place. They have a great track record with growth so far on our dApp and now we're just looking to scale that up.

I love this approach, and will actually go to the users wherever they are to bring them here. A very unique proposal with clear goals. Supported!

Thank you! I'm glad you think the goals are clear, that was one thing I really wanted!

This proposal is a must for every sane user on $HIVE

Thank you for your support Alex 🦁

Which network do i need to use to connect to Zealy (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC or ???)?

You can connect with a discord account too.

i dont use discord. i tried with a Matic wallet (one of 3 options i have in a multi-coin wallet-connect wallet) bit it gave an error. i recall trying a while back and had same problem which is why I've not used zealy yet

you just need to connect your wallet, you don’t sign any transactions so there’s no need for a specific blockchain connection, just to have a wallet fren

Added my vote in. Let's start making some things happen around here on a more epic level.

This is awesome and a good initiative.

supported the proposal

Thank you for your support 🙏🏽

We support the growing up parte, but que still need a few ways to learn more about all this.

This would make HIVE more accessible to people with low crypto/gamefi literacy.

@khaleelkazi
Main counter-argument is security. It doesn't matter how secure your infrastracture is, it has single point of failure. One catastrophe and all Hive will pay the price, not just Leo. You know I know what I'm talking about, please reconsider this.

You got my vote

Thank you for the massive vote in HP, and for the confidence vote in LeoFinance mate, we won't disappoint and will almost double Hive's userbase!

This is a great opportunity for Hive

I'd have liked to see less fluff and more details about the marketing specifics in general.

That's coming, but for a 5.2k word, 27 min read post, it would've been too much to go in-depth on each of the sections. But it will come.

You don't think that's what's important now? Like I told another user earlier, it's like Congress passing a Bill before they've read it. I did vote for it though, but with reservations.

you got my support

Thank you Dave, let's get this bread

Great proposal, you got my vote! Looking forward to the report at the last AMA this year 🤓 LFG 🚀🌕👍🏽

🦁 thanks moretea, always appreciate seeing you!

What is the format for On-chain referral system

Can i simply add ?ref=atma.love to any leofinance.io link?

What is the link for the leoinfra quick signup please?

The referral system is not 100% ready yet, we are testing it at the moment and it will be fully functional by September first (or earlier than that).

For the betterment of hive and a bright future of leofinance supported the proposal

Thank you very much! We will be up to the expectations, and we will definitely strive for a brighter future with hundreds of thousands of users coming to hive!

This is a good initiative and I love it and moreover you've got my vote and my support

Thank you for the support @happy411, means a lot. We are already over 300 voters! It would be awesome to get to 1000, even if they don't have a lot of hive power, I think that would speak a lot from the community!

It's really nice seeing the the community grows always and I'm so happy to support the community

Congratulations @leofinance! You have completed the following achievement on the Hive blockchain And have been rewarded with New badge(s)
