How does getting a 20k Leo Power delegation sound like?
On top of powering up Leo and contributing to the Leo ecosystem growth, while also increasing your influence in the platform, while stacking more and more tokens through curation rewards, you will participate in a drawing/raffle where three Leo users will win a 20k Leo delegation for three weeks.
It's easy as hell, just power up at least 200 Leo on the 15th of June (PST), and you will be eligible to win one of the 20k delegation prizes.
A couple of rules to join this challenge:

- Your total Leo Power (on the 15th) must be more than 200 and less than 20k
- You must power up at least 200 Leo on June 15th.
- Reblog this post. Sorry, Leogrowth still needs to earn a follower base, these reblogs help us reach a wider audience.
If you want to make a post about this, mentioning why you are powering up and what do you think of the Leo Finance ecosystem, you are more than welcome and y! Just remember to use the tag #LPUD :D we'll be on the lookout for the posts using that tag.
The winners will be chosen randomly using a provably fair provably fair random picker from a pool of users who fulfill all four requirements.
For the next Leo Power Up Day events, we will add a new rule: You must not have powered down from June 15th to July 15th, so keep that in mind for the July edition!
Bonus Prizes
The Leo community is one of the strongest and tightest in the Hive ecosystem, and many of the users with a big Leo stack have chipped in to the prize pool to encourage you to power up Leo!
Five random users who fulfill the four requirements above will get one of the next prizes:
- 5k LP delegation for 3 weeks from @edicted
- 3k LP delegation for 3 weeks from @lbi-toke
- 2.5K LP delegation for 3 weeks from @roleerob
- 2k delegation for 3 weeks from @steemstreems
- 2k delegation for 3 weeks from @taskmaster4450 and @whatsup

I've been hinting at this for a few years and brought it up to @khaleelkazi in the discord. I'm so happy this is happening. I was pushing for a 10K delegation so this is great. I do think there shouldn't be a ceiling on reputation score. I've struggled for years on here and unfortunately have a reputation score of 71. I know chances of winning are random but I should be grandfathered out of my own idea lol.

I like the ceiling tbh, as long as it's something like 75+, which means they have already had more than enough votes for a dolphin sized stake , even if they sold a good chunk. If they sold everything...well too bad. They had more than enough chances for (lots) of free money

I would not call that unfortunate. The "below 70" rule is unfortunate. And the "above 39" too. This excludes both new users, and many of the active old members too.
Well it is very easy to get to the 50s. 70 takes forever but is not dependent on stake. You will see a lot of high reputions with low stake. (like me). Buy the time the lPUD comes aournd I will be at my 5 birthday on this chain.

Me too. Currently my reputation is 69.10, and I currently have 1896.282 Hive Power, so nowadays I am getting close to 1900 Hive Power. Probably I will reach it in a few days.

Actually achieving 70 takes votes, votes in turn provide stake, so there is a correlation, if not direct.
While I don't buy into the idea that no one should sell, the idea is to give people incentives to HOLD and Grow their account.
One has to think of both sides... What is the user trying to achieve and what is the incentive trying to achieve.
In anycase LeoGrowth has taken the feedback and changed the rules, that's what I love about the Leo team, but I think it's only fair that incentives be given to those who ARE making up the future middle class.
yes, but most of my reputation was from steem and hive. My leo has been spent only buying Leo products like cub and poly. It's a very gray area

It barely takes anything to get over 39, but I'd like to see the top be higher than 70. It looks like the criteria was removed, so like all the LeoFinance team it seems that Leogrowth listens.

That is an interesting rule. The new users are excluded (the default reputation is 25). And many of the old users are also excluded, because their reputation is above 70. Mine is currently 69.10, so I am barely below 70, but I could participate (if I would have 200 Leo to Power Up)
It looks as if the reputation requirement (now scrapped) served as a proxy for who could stake. Between 25 and 39 usually indicates that someone doesn't have enough HIVE/LEO to power up to begin with, while 70+ usually indicates that the benefit of the power up may not be there at that level. I'm just guessing there.

Get a calendar handy when you do these Power Up Days. Hive PUD starts each month, Leo PUB is the 15th of each month (at least for a limited time), and who knows what other tribe will have its own PUD. This may be a way to revive activity and increase token value for some tribes on hard times.

Like, if you have a 30 day average increase of 200 LEO in the sum of all liquidity pools and have not removed more than 50% liquidity at all times, you get entitled to this too =) that would be one more reason for people to buy LEO (at least in my view LOL).

Imo, a subjective rule that should be added is for winners to not have an excessive history of dumping Leo and hive. If those delegations are handed out only for the tokens to be dumped it's imo stupid.
We are planning on adding rules once we have some experience on this, as HPUD works differently than LEO (as the communities are different) so yes, we will add rules once the LPUD grows old, thanks for the feedback!

@leogrowth, understand that you want to grow your user base and following but I'm not sure setting a requirement to reblog your post is the way to do it - there is nothing more irritating than getting a feed full of reblogs. The reaction is often to unfollow and mute the account that does that and the account reblogged.
A much better idea is to ask people taking part in the power-up to write a post about their power-up, include a link to this post and link their post in a comment here. Even better if they write the post in another appropriate community like silverbloggers to get to a wider audience.

Should we do a PowerUp with Hive or Leo?
For total Leo Power (on the 15th) to be between 200 and 20k, do you count delegated leos?
Once you have leos, what should you do with them, do you have the right to delegate them or what do you do with them?
