2. Next, season the lamb with salt, pepper, and mustard powder before rubbing it with garlic and lemon juice.
3. Let it sit for 3 to 4 hours to marinate.

2. Roast till tender at 200 degrees Celsius.Remove from oven.
3. Place the ingredients for the salad on a platter.
