Even with email as the popular and fastest way to communicate, I still write letters and send out several greeting cards a month. And my favorite set of writing instrument are my ink pens. #ladiesofhive

**********I had the opportunity of trying out the live #threadscadt on labs.leofinance.io and I was wowed by the amazing features that were incorporated into it which I noticed will make engaging in threadscast so user friendly, and easy. Here are some of my findings**********
Clicking on one of the circled images this #threadscadt popped up and it was created by @rmsadkri. This means that one can now look up threadscast created by users without using the tag. Once you are on a live threadscast you can check other ones out
Another finding was that I clicked on the Author Icon and it revealed every user that participated in the threadscast. By tapping on any name in the This Author Icon one will be able to access all engagements,- comments and replies made by the user..
With this use case one will no longer have to scroll all the way up or down the page to fetch comments or replies.
Going further I tapped on the Threadscast Bo and this prompt popped up. This is a nice update which means that message indexing will be super fast thereby minimizing the bugs or breaks experienced while in threadscast
I believe that with this upgrade, we won't be experiencing the constant breaking of threadstorm when we are live, rather it will stand thousands of comments.

Of course, in order to avoid abuse, there should be restrictions that can change according to time and need, such as a minimum reputation, being premium to create threadcasts and so on. In addition, if necessary, a blacklist will be created of accounts that will not be published on the main page even if they follow the common guidelines and this can happen in cases of abuse.

The Bible update at the top of the web page looks decent. I think it is well implemented. The whole idea is about visibility and convenience, so one can spot their favourite threadcast without having to stroll through the timeline or ask for links.
Aside linking up with X spaces, I think this would go while for live events like football matches or web 3 events like hivefest. I for see many web 3 companies that are onboard here to use this feature.
It would be nice if the timeframe for a threadcast is adjustable. Certain thread casts would last longer than 12 hours. For instance, one on a live event like Hivesfest that lasts for a week or so. People should be able to join the conversation/event via threads at any given time.

This could be another game-changer feature of threads. Having the live threadcast showing at the topmost section of the page allows anyone interested to just click them on (previously, we have to search for threadcasts, but with this, we don't need to).
I do wonder how long they stay up there even after the threadcast has finished. Not sure if it is a possible setup but maybe there's a need to have some filter of sorts to separate the live or ongoing ones from those that have already concluded.
Because there will always be people who are interested in browsing through past threadcasts and we don't want them to be searching hard :)
Another thing I noticed is that one threadcast is displaying twice. That's understandable though since the feature is still being tested so it is expected to have some bugs.
Overall, this is a cool feature that adds to a better user experience so kudos to the dev team behind this.

I just tried the brand new threadcast feature in Labs and I can say this is awesome. This is just what we are asking for, to have a way to see scheduled threadcasts. This feature is rolled into production would be amazing. I think it will bring in more audiences to hosts of these threadcasts and we see more participants too.
An amazing thing about this threadcast feature is that hosts could now build an audience ahead of time for their threadcasts. It means that by having a way to schedule threadcasts, participants could see the event ahead of time and plan to join it. They could even set a reminder for it. This way, an audience would be ready to join the show.
One more thing I like about the threadcast feature is the ability to see a bubble around the username of active participants. This is cool because anywhere the username interacts on Inleo UI, it would be a sign to show that there is a live threadcast it is engaging or engaged with. Users that see it might decide to check it out. It is a kind of marketing for threadcasts.
Lightning Bitcoin payments have not worked the last two times I tried at Taco Bell in San Salvador. The staff said the technical team is investigating, and maybe it'll work after the Christmas holidays...
This is terrible for adoption! I genuinely hope that Hive's upcoming mechanism for BTC transfers will solve this. People can sign up for Hive with more ease than they would for a credit card / bank account, and start sending BTC transactions with minimal to no fees, and very rapidly! If the sign-up process is streamlined, then this becomes a revolutionary gamechanger for Hive.

If you're running a threadcast, encourage everyone replying to keep using your tag so you trend.
A smart feature with lots of good use cases which can later be monetized if need be. These are the types of updates I like!
if you're in a threadcast, it might be worth automatically tagging each thread reply with a tag nominated by the original creator?
That way all follow on conversations are tagged.

This feature is rolled into production would be amazing. I think it will bring in more audiences to hosts of these threadcasts and we see more participants too.

An amazing thing about this threadcast feature is that hosts could now build an audience ahead of time for their threadcasts. It means that by having a way to schedule threadcasts, participants could see the event ahead of time and plan to join it. They could even set a reminder for it. This way, an audience would be ready to join the show.

One more thing I like about the threadcast feature is the ability to see a bubble around the username of active participants. This is cool because anywhere the username interacts on Inleo UI, it would be a sign to show that there is a live threadcast it is engaging or engaged with. Users that see it might decide to check it out. It is a kind of marketing for threadcasts.

This is terrible for adoption! I genuinely hope that Hive's upcoming mechanism for BTC transfers will solve this. People can sign up for Hive with more ease than they would for a credit card / bank account, and start sending BTC transactions with minimal to no fees, and very rapidly! If the sign-up process is streamlined, then this becomes a revolutionary gamechanger for Hive.

This new feature will be helpful for me a lot because it’s been a hassle to find a threadcast when it’s needed and I would find difficulties but now I can within a second find a live threadcast. I am loving this new innovation.
