If you are a content creator in both blog and video, this article will be interesting for you. A few days ago, I found out, thanks to a Tweet from a cryptocurrency trader that I follow, a recent CDN platform very similar to Theta.tv
This app is called Aioz Network, powered and deployed on the blockchain to offer hundreds of videos and hours of content to users with a minimal investment and taking advantage of the broadband resources provided by the community.
In this first quarter they have managed to put Aioztube into operation, one of their main tools with which we are going to generate tokens and create content.
As on YouTube or Facebook, we can upload our videos, but in a decentralized way. In centralized platforms it takes a lot of resources and a large investment to run the hundreds of servers and human labor required to make everything work well and can host thousands of data in seconds.
Aioz Network has the help of Worker Nodes. Blockchain users themselves lend part of their bandwidth and put it at the service of the platform. These nodes will be used to store and distribute all the content that is uploaded to the web to all users who want to see it. When you upload a video, the nodes break it up into small pieces and store them. Later, when someone sees it, these nodes take these parts and deliver them together to any part of the world.
Currently, they continue to be promoted to enable many more nodes, they already have more than 3000. Located mainly in the United States and Central Europe.
Everyone who enables a node will receive rewards in the form of Aioz Token. This token is not yet listed on any Exchange but it is important to know that the project is listed on BSCPad through an IDO. This means that when it is launched on the market, traders will be able to exchange their stablecoins for Aioz tokens at a great price. The developer team will get capital to keep growing and the traders will make money days later when the token appreciates.
Users will also get rewards for watching videos. Each video shown on Aioz Network contains ads, channels can monetize their content and receive earnings for each view of that ad. Likewise, also the end user, the viewer who spends his time on the web.
Right now you get more Aioz tokens by watching videos than by opening a node, something strange but understandable. 3000 nodes is actually very little and depending on the origin of the viewers the reward can vary. I explain.
If you live in Germany, download the node and enable it on your computer to collaborate with broadband to the network and receive tokens, your rewards will depend on how much bandwidth you supply to the node and this will be linked to the demand as such.
If the vast majority of Aioz Network users who want to watch videos and upload them to the platform live in the United States, it is most likely that the Worker Nodes that live near the United States will be the ones that provide the most bandwidth, to speed up the process. Your node is of little use at the moment. However, if a user from France wants to work with Aioz Network, he will consume more energy from your node than from one in the United States since yours is closer.
This is how it really works. I say this because many people are installing a node on their computer in the hope of winning a lot of Aioz tokens, but if the users who are within the app do not reside near your location, your node will hardly be used and therefore the rewards will be minimal.
Aioz Network has a marked roadmap, if all goes well, by the summer the token will be listed on an Exchange, maybe on Binance or Pancakeswap. The number of nodes in operation will be 3 or 4 times larger and the current problems will be solved. We are still in the testnet phase, we must be patient.
Aioz tokens can be used to support content creators, buy ad campaigns within the web, pay for subscriptions to premium channels, and boost video exposure.
