We have been talking about that for some time, even mentioned in some posts, but seems like not many whales are interested. @therealwolf also brought up similar concerns - I think, its time, we need to raise funds from DAO and engage professional marketing teams, to promote hive. If we loose the next bull run, then may be we will be over.

Agreed, Who wants to volunteer?
Everyone I would say - Hive is everyone's company. However, someone need to create a proposal to get the funding and that would need all the whales to agree to vote for that proposal. And before that is done, a full plan need to be prepared.
There is a DAO to fund important work. In fact SteemIt Inc and other stake was added to it.
No one should have to volunteer, either the community sees the need and funds it or not.
Agreed. We have funds aplenty for that. Though look at the current proposals and the names attached to them. It is starting to look like a very tight-knit group...
