Cybersecurity is an issue. However, if the data stream is decentralized, perhaps it is safer than your phone or laptop.
You say that now but in 15 years, you might have a different view.
People who are not "connected" might be at a disadvantage to those who are. It is like those who arent online now are falling behind those who are.

🤧 I don't want to be connected. But then again if it is proven to be safer and beneficial I think a lot of people will jump on it.
But on second thought, we've not even gotten everyone to take the covid vaccine, I can only imagine the hysteria that will follow the news of implants into people's brains on a large scale. A field day for conspiracy theorists

That's a very interesting concept. Are we ready for it though? I mean, some people think that 5G is something being developed for mass brain control, imagine what they would say of something that is actually targeted to "read" our brains. LOL

Let us not forget the Internet faced negativity when it first came out.
Many people thought it was only for drugs, guns and hookers.
Now 5 billion people are on it. So either that a lot of drugs, guns and sex or people use it for other things.

It would speed things up, simplify it, and make it overall a better experience.
Plus, imagine those ideas we have for a post, that is fleeting, if it was recorded somewhere so that we could write about it later.

True... that's how I think too...
But Taskmaster made a good point... in the end it doesn't really matter because that portion of the population won't have the numbers to stop the technology from going viral. Once it reaches critical mass, haters gonna hate but it's going to happen.
