Mi Experience in which organization I do not Trust

It is worth noting that there are organizations and people who are trustworthy when it comes to solving problems that concern them and that they must solve in the different communities, but currently in Venezuela they have given power to the people who are community organizations that receive resources from the state and are themselves in charge of addressing the needs within the communities, but the problem is that they often do not do their job well and the resources are diverted for other purposes.

Likewise, as the elections approached, the government created an application for people to submit their needs, in this case at the educational level. It requests the provision of new computer equipment, since the current ones are more than fifteen years old and the flat-screen monitors have white spots, making the information on the computer difficult to view. It turns out it was approved by the Ministry of Education, and they told me I was on the list to receive this new equipment.

After the elections were over, they made changes and appointed a new education minister, which was put on hold for more than four months. The response was that there were no new computers and that all those requests for computer equipment had been left hanging and hadn't been fulfilled. It was basically a lie, that is, demagoguery. This is very disappointing because now the ones who are being harmed are the students who receive their training in the computer lab.

Likewise, before the election, a teacher was assessing the needs and promised that they would also install electrical wiring for the classroom, which needed lighting, since the lamps were burned out. Time passed, and it became a lie. I had these experiences in my workplace, where I've been working for eighteen years.

Finally, we can't trust the people who campaign and, at the expense of the communities' needs, claim they'll solve the situation, but then do nothing to address it.

I hope you liked it, see you in a next post.

Greetings, friends of Hive and @weekendexperiences, today I'm once again participating in the initiative proposed by @galenkp, where we're discussing several topics to choose from, share our experiences, and learn about those of other Hive users.

These are situations that make you feel powerless, because they play with people and their needs.

If you are happy because you had approved the equipment and now it turns out that they are not going to provide the equipment, it is disappointing.

It is a somewhat complex situation teach, it is true that the barriers of partisanship and nepotism must be overcome when it comes to see how we distribute resources in response to the real needs of a group. Good topic.

Es una situación un tanto compleja profe, de verdad que se deben superar las barreras del partidismo y el nepotismo a la hora de ver como distribuimos los recursos en atención a las verdaderas necesidades de un colectivo. Buen tema.

Yes, these are educational policies, which should be supported by the state, without any partisan color.

@cetb2008 how sad and the worst thing is that these situations occur very often.🤗

Yes very true, thank you for your comment

Greetings!!!
While I was reading and looking at your photos, it seemed to me you lived in Cuba... they are very similar realities... and with demagoguery at its peak.
I feel like our Latin American idiosyncrasy works to maintain our political and social problems. Many nice words to make us look good, and then everything is left hanging in the air, with worse situations.
I am deeply sorry for what is happening there, just as I am sorry for the things happening at the same time in mine.

Yes, it is unfortunate, when it is the children who need a quality education and the state does not respond.

Unfortunately, that's the way it is, and let's not even talk about public health.

Greetings, thank you for your comment
