I check my feed quite often but lately haven't had too much time to dig through new authors to follow so figured I'd ask the rest of my readers.
Some simple requirements:
- new account created in the last 6 months
- isn't rewarded generously or too many/big autovotes
- writes posts regurarly (say once a week, a bit longer is okay if they write quality with a lot of effort behind it)
- can be any genre although I'd prefer not crypto specific content or religious posts
- english mainly but can also be german and/or swedish, if they post in two languages where one is one of the ones I mentioned then that's fine (had to re-read that sentence thrice, still not sure if grammatically correct or just weird)
Self-promotion is okay this time around, I usually make these posts every now and then and ask people to nominate others only but figured I'd change it up this time around.
Was gonna do all post rewards going back to curators through @reward.app but will probably spend a good amount of time looking through the suggestions and deciding who to follow and probably throw some votes with the curation accounts + too lazy to go change the percentage now so 50% it'll be.
To make your life easier or if you're feeling lazy here's a nice tool to remind you of recent accounts you've followed, giving it a glance will probably give you some good examples of why you followed someone and if they would be a good suggestion, thanks!

Aber gut... Ich möchte die Gelegenheit nutzen und etwas Eigenwerbung betreiben. Bin ich ja eigentlich nicht so der Freund von, aber in diesem spezifischen Fall könnte es interessant sein. Ich dachte es wäre interessant etwas Abwechslung in das Treiben hier zu bringen und habe mir überlegt, wie ich das machen könnte. Schließlich bin ich auf die Idee gekommen eine Cryptohunt zu konzipieren. Ein Rätsel, hinter dem sich ein private Key zu einem ominösen Account @hidden-block - und 800 Hive verbirgt. Ursprünglich dachte ich, dass dies eine gute Idee sein könnte um auch extern (bspw. Reddit) die Trommel zu rühren. Da ich dies aber zum ersten Mal mache, habe ich mich für einen relativ kleinen Reward entschieden und weiß nicht, ob das für Ausenstehende sehr attraktiv ist.
Aber dennoch: Ich denke gerade für die hier aktiven Communitymember könnte das Rätsel eine doch sehr angenehme Abwechslung sein und wer weiß, vielleicht findet ja einer seinen Spaß dran.
Generell werde ich für deine Initiative vermutlich nicht in Frage kommen, beschäftige mich lediglich mit Krypto und Design (hauptsächlich Logos und Charakteranimation) - aber vielleicht hältst du es ja für eine gute Idee meiner #Cryptohunt unter die Arme zu greifen. Ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Aktivität innerhalb der Kommentarsektion käme auf jeden Fall gelegen.
Das Rätsel ist auch noch extrem frisch, läuft erst seit 14 Stunden und bislang ist noch alles offen. Würde mich freuen, was von dir zu hören ;)

This sounds cool actually, and sharing it onto other platforms will surely bring some more attention to hive so I'd be happy to support it!
Oh and yeah, I understand it all, studied it in Uni and Highschool + have watched a lot of german TV in my childhood but not having talked it in over a decade makes it take forever to write/talk. :D

Browsing the platform from time to time gives us the opportunity to meet new users who are great talent and wanting to get ahead.
They create quality content and love what they do.
I love uploading my videos to 3Spesk they will not be the best in the world but I do them from the heart as well as many other users who love their work.
I don't know how often you support new users but it would be great for you to go out and browse the community and see interesting things and many content creators worth supporting.

I wish I did have the time to do just that right now, like I did in the beginning of my journey here. Hoping my team of curators keep doing it now and finding some good ones!

This is properly late and overdue but I feel you should check out on users like @rollinshive, @dwixer, @gabrielazamora10 @krisbelfigarella @surrealfia. They are quite new to hive and consistent writers. Your support would be great on them.

I am also in a newbie initiative that I run to support interested newbies who desire growth. I support them by giving them 3% beneficiary of my post rewards everyday while they only need to power up their post rewards for that first month and also blog everyday.
I and the smile team i.e @tripode and @cwow2 have made daily blogging relatively easy for most authors on Hive by creating blogging challenge questions which authors can write on everyday. I bet you must have seen those kinds of blogs around.

@coloneljethro. Good poster, writes well supports posts with his own photos which are of great quality and engages with others on their posts. Again, he's been around for a couple years and some of his posts get a little reward, but most do not. He also tried to get something going through @hiveart which wasn't well supported which I think speaks for the community-minded nature in his thinking.
You decide, but I think he's well worth a squiz (look) at least.

Hey Acid, here's another...@bertrayo. Posts in (usually) English and Spanish and has solid content mostly. He has been around for a little while, but took a hiatus I think and is now reasonably regular. He is a pretty good engager from what I can tell too. He doesn't get rewarded that well for what I think are decent posts in the main. No crypto stuff which is refreshing.

That's awesome! Reminds me a bit of the suggestion I had some time ago to overview new signups easier! Will try taking a look more often although the OCD accounts don't curate crypto content usually.
I'll be keeping an eye on the comments here for suggestions, too. I seem to keep striking out on the introduction posts I try to watch, and just finding spammers and plagiarists there out for a quick buck. I'd gladly add a couple new people to my following feed for regular votes on quality original content I enjoy.
