If Caballito was the neighborhood where I was born and grew up, Montserrat was the neighborhood where I spent much of my adolescence.
I have fond memories of him and some other friends. The difficult transition from adolescence to youth causes many friends to get lost but new ones are found. It is part of life itself.
The neighborhood is perhaps, at the institutional level, one of the most important and representative of the city of Buenos Aires.
It is, on the other hand, one of the most visited by tourists, by the seat of the Legislative, Executive, Judicial and religious powers.
Here are important tourist spots such as the Cathedral of Buenos Aires, the Casa Rosada or the Government Palace and the Congress of the Republic.
Let's take a tour of the Montserrat neighborhood, an indelible memory of my adolescence, its cafes, its avenues and its architectural emblems that make the city of Buenos Aires.
Si Caballito fue el barrio donde nací y crecí Montserrat fue el barrio donde pasé gran parte de mi adolescencia.
De él conservo gratos recuerdos y algunos que otros amigos. El difícil paso de la adolescencia a la juventud hace que muchos amigos se pierdan pero se encuentran otros nuevos. Hace parte de la vida misma.
El barrio es tal vez, a nivel institucional, uno de los más importantes y representativos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Es, por otra parte, uno de los más visitados por los turistas, por sede de los poderes Legislativo, Ejecutivo, Judicial y religioso.
Aquí se encuentran importantes puntos turísticos como la Catedral de Buenos Aires, la Casa Rosada o Palacio de Gobierno y el Congreso de la República.
Hagamos un recorrido por el Barrio Montserrat, recuerdo imborrable de mi adolescencia, sus cafés, sus avenidas y sus emblemas arquitectónicos que hacen de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Every day, a large number of people who work in the microcenter and tourists who visit the iconic buildings that are here pass by here.
The Montserrat neighborhood is crossed by important roads such as Belgrano Avenue, Mayo Avenue and the famous 9 de Julio Avenue, one of the widest avenues with vehicular traffic in the world.

El barrio Montserrat es atravesado por importantes vías como la avenida Belgrano, la avenida de Mayo y la famosa avenida 9 de Julio, una de las avenidas con tránsito vehicular más anchas del mundo.
Plaza de Mayo is a true cultural and political icon. It is the place where the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo met periodically to peacefully recollect the "disappeared" of the military dictatorship that ruled the country between 1976 and 1983.

The Plaza Congress with its pigeons that come to eat from the hand of the walkers are a classic postcard of the city and a must-see for tourists.

La última vez que fuimos tuvimos la suerte de poder ver a los granaderos bajar la bandera Nacional de Plaza de mayo. un muy indo espectáculo.
