Early childhood is a child who needs guidance to do something both in education and in matters relating to children. children may not be able to do things themselves and good things without guidance from parents when at home and teachers as parents when at school. Why is that ? because early childhood can not do anything perfectly or well because at an early age, this early age where children look for the character that is in him.
The teacher has a great responsibility to help students develop their full potential. The potential developed is not just mere intelligence and skill, but involves all aspects of the student's personality. Therefore a teacher is not enough to only have understanding and ability in the field of learning but also must have an understanding and ability in the field of guidance and counseling.

1. Social-personal guidance

d. Guide students to create and maintain friendships, and explain the meaning of cooperation.
e. Guide students to recognize the skills they have, practice how to make decisions that explain the need to have several choices before making a decision and introduce the consequences of decisions taken.
2. Field of tutoring
This field helps students to achieve the goals of educational development tasks in realizing personality as creative learners, the contents of this service are as follows:
A. Introducing how to plan goals.
b. Explain what assessment means in the learning process.
c. Introducing obstacles in the learning process.
d. Explain how to practice accuracy and neatness.
e. Practice good writing.
3. Career guidance
The career guidance field helps students to start learning about various types of work and understand themselves only about the work environment, which includes:
A. Introducing the types of work that adults do.
b. Introducing interesting activities.
c. Explain the self-development and skills students have.
d. Explain the example of successful people.
From the explanation above, it can be understood that the field of guidance and counseling services in early childhood education, is a form of guidance to get to know yourself, your potential, healthy ways of life and ways to make decisions and choose your preferred job. will be useful as an adult.
