In Australia we have recently moved to 3rd stage restrictions where gatherings of more than 2 people are banned. Basically it means that we are to stay home for most of the time. Besides shopping for groceries, the only time we're spending away from our home is visiting grandma.

So what have we been doing during quarantine?

Since both of my kids are now required to stay at home, we have been finding ways to keep them entertained. It's amazing how creative kids can get when they are bored.

So I have mastered my skill in coming up with games and making up stories. My most recent invention involved a dice and my son hopping like a frog. O but my favorite game has to be the one I developed where I wheeled around a inflatable baseball bat and my son had to dodge through it like those classic arcade games. A lot of fun I must say. :) And for the record, my son managed to get up to something like level 16 of this game. On the way he got hit way too many times by the inflatable baseball bat.

On the other hand, my daughter just wants to play with her stickers. Everywhere in our home, we are confronted with stickers. Stickers, stickers, stickers. It seems like I'm finding stickers on my clothe every single day, on my jeans, socks, you name it.

O and we've been extra lenient with the kids during these times, a lot of extra treats. Like this yogurt icy pole. Yum!

Here in Venezuela, today we begin the third week of quarantine, we have not left the house for a second, my daughters miss their grandparents, the first week my little daughter cried because she wanted to leave, but I think she got used to it. My husband is the only one who leaves the house because he must work and he is the one doing the shopping these days.
Children really are very imaginative and do things that make me laugh a lot. We live in a 75 square meter apartment and you can imagine ... it looks like a playground, hahaha. It is difficult to demand that they have everything in order when we cannot leave the house for even an hour.

Haha yeah, I can imagine. Our home is the same. There’s toys and stuff everywhere. Sometimes it’s difficult to walk around without stepping on something.

hahaha yeah that's exactly how we're here lol

we are almost 2 weeks in 3d state quarantine... as an ex gamer it's easy for me :P

Haha, yeah for gamers, quarantine or no quarantine, doesn’t make any difference. :)

Esta cuarentena ha servido para pasar más tiempo con sus hijos, viendo la parte positivo.
Por otro lado, esnimportante mantenernos en casa.
Pronto estaremos en los parques con nuestros chicos.
