When a baby start to go to school, they are introduced with different new situations and people. It's a great experience for every child. On that time they have a lot of changes in their daily lives as well as their behaviours and attitudes. So this time parents should take proper care of the babies for their betterment. Parenting techniques and cares related with this stage of the babies is discussed on the part of schooling
31th episode: Select Suitable School
There are a lot of options to become expertise. At first you have to select some options that are suitable for your baby as you will not let them make expertise in all sectors.
This selection is very much important. There are a lot of factors to be considered in selection process. I have discussed about these factors in this video.
There are some important options that are very much important and suitable for this new era, as follows:
- learning English
- computer programming
- art and literature
- learning third language and so on.

32th episode: Adjustment With School Environment
Everybody know the importance of schooling. But school is a totally different environment for the babies, because they got a known and familiar environment on their home.
Whenever they start going to school, they usually find some new persons, some new friends, some new rules and some new environment also.
Some babies can adapt with this new situation easily. But there are some babies who can't adapt easily with the new environment of the school.
That's why some babies don't want to go to school. They create excuses or trying not to go there.
Even I found some babies who enjoy their schooling very much after entering there, but on the time before entering they are doing a lot of excuses and crying not to go on school area.
I have discussed these issues with their causes and remedies in details with some real life examples in this video.
I think this is very important for every persons either you have a children or not. After watching this video you will get idea about the treatment of your baby to prepare them for their schooling from their very early ages.

33th episode: Review what discussed at school
Human brain is like the memory of computer. There are some cache memories those are temporary and tend to be deleted after a certain period of time.
This cache memory should be fixed by some scientific processes. Scientists say that if anybody recall anything that he has experienced within 24 hours, then about 50% of that memory will be transmitted to the fixed memory portion of human brain.
And if he recall it again within one week,about 80% of the memory will be fixed on the human brain. So it is very important to recall anything within 24 hours after first time experiencing that.
When child learn something on their school, it is very essential to be recalled within 24 hours. That's why you have to help them. When they return home, you will discuss with them about what topics have been discussed on school today.
And with this discussion, you should try to revise the study topics with your baby as they can recall it and their fixed memory portion can adapt their study.
By this easy process your baby will be able to learn anything and memorize it easily. It will build their confidence as well as their performance also.

34th episode: Classmates & School Friends
It's actually a new experience for the baby to go to school with the new environment and new things that's are totally different from their family life. When a baby is in the home, they find some persons older than them. But when they start to go to school, they find a lot of classmates who are at the same age.
They make some of them as their friends unconsciously. So there are a lot of different characters mixed together in different friend circle group at the schools.
As the baby always tends to be motivated and influenced by others behaviour, so it is very important to monitor their change in behaviour when they start to go to school.
How will you monitor it and what should be the next consequences, I have discussed this issue in details with some real life examples in this video.

35th episode: Role of the teacher
Teachers are guide and ideal of the students. They always try to follow and copy their teachers and they think that their teachers are always accurate.
It creates a responsibility to the teachers to act and behave on standard. They also have to monitor the performance of the students. If they find any deviation from the average, the cause and effect have to be investigated.
There are some other roles and responsibilities of the teachers. I have discussed some of these in brief.

36th episode: Focus on performance rather than exam results
Every parent wants the continuous improvement of their babies. So they become tensed if they notice any fluctuations on the exam result of their babies.
Examination is nothing but a method of judgement the consequences of the students. But it has a lot of limitations. Your baby may have better merit than that is reflected on exam result.
So if your baby don't do well in exam or fluctuate his result suddenly, don't be paniced. It may happen due to his sickness or any other adversity.
What should you do or how would you react then? Yes, it is discussed on this video.

37th episode: Avoid Extra Care
Every parents love their child. Sometimes it may exceed the limit and create many problems. Actually parents do it for the betterment, but they can't understand its consequences and missguided so.
That's why I was interested to discuss this issue today. Though I am now in the part of schooling and this topic is not actually related directly with schooling, but it is related with the stage of life when babies go to school. That's why I discussed it in this part.
You may know about giraffe, one of the tallest animal. When it deliver a baby giraffe, the first thing it like to do is hitting its baby with the back leg continuously up to that time the baby stands up and start walking. You may think it is very inhumanity, but if the animal didn't do this the baby giraffe would be attacked by lion, tiger, leopard or any other animal.
So it do such for the security purpose of its baby. In the same way parents should be strict sometime and control their emotions for the betterment of their baby.
In which contents they should control their emotions, I have discussed on this video. Watching this video, you will get a guideline and some real life examples related with us.

38th episode: Handle Complaints Prudently
I will consider you as the most luckiest parent if you not receive any complaints about your baby specially after starting to go to school. Generally people have to handle a lot or few complaints about their school going baby.
The complaints are very diversified. Different types of problems they may face or create. So you will not experience any predicted situation all times.
You have to consider two important things while handling these complaints as follows:
- Who is complaining?
- Consequences of the complaints.
The priority and depth of the allegations depend on the person who deliver it. You will not treat with same value of complaining by the teachers and friend of your baby.
And the consequences of the complaint is the most important to be considered because it will guide you- how you should react.
Some complaints like quarrelling on the playground have little impacts and should not be taken so seriously. It should be minimised by buffering. As because of your baby have to play again with that boys from tomorrow. So if you give extra priority to this problems, it may depart your baby from his friends.
On the other hand if somebody complains about any illegal work like thiefing, it should give highest priority. Because babies behaviour should be monitored from early age.
But you have to handle it prudently that baby can't feel insulted or underestimated in front of others. How you will handle this situation- I have discussed on the video.

39th episode: Accept Baby's Opinion
Here I discussed how you will handle baby's opinion and choice in different stages. Most of the parents ignore this issue. They don't care about the choice of their babies, what they want.
But it creates some guilty feelings to the babies. They feel deprived, underestimated, neglected and ignored. It creates mental pressure and sometimes impact on the personality of the babies.
When the baby starts to go to school, their choice should be considered. Either they may be right or wrong, but you can't ignore them. If they are wrong, you have to become prudent to handle this.

40th episode: How they pass rest of the times after schooling
Here I discussed how you will monitor and control the baby's activities rest of the times after schooling.
Most of the parents ignore this issue. They don't care about whatever their babies are doing after coming from school.
But it is also a part of schooling. Baby passes a lot of times with their friends beyond school border. They be influenced very much by the activities they do at these times.
So it is very important to monitor and control the activities at this time. You may find a lot of changes of your school going babies. If you find anything negative change, you have to be concerned about it.
