Today's Topics - Role of the teacher

This is the 35th episode of my parenting series. Here I discussed about roles and responsibilities of the teacher.

Generally I am conducting the #ParentingSeries from the consideration of parents end. But today I am taking about the teachers. Because sometimes teacher discuss with parent and take some suggestions, advice and instructions. So when I am discussing the role of parents, it also includes the role of teachers.

Teachers are guide and ideal of the students. They always try to follow and copy their teachers and they think that their teachers are always accurate.

It creates a responsibility to the teachers to act and behave on standard. They also have to monitor the performance of the students. If they find any deviation from the average, the cause and effect have to be investigated.

There are some other roles and responsibilities of the teachers. I have discussed some of these in brief.
