Today, let me tell you about a historic building in Ankara. This historic building was built in 1929 as the headquarters building of Iş Bank. Its architect is Giulio Mongeri of Turkish origin. Traces of Seljuk and Ottoman architecture are seen in the structure of the building.
This is no longer a bank. It was converted into a museum... The building's current name is Işbank economic independence Museum of Turkey.
The historical museum displays photographs, documents, objects and films relating to the Turkish War of independence and the bank's history of economic independence.
I did not see yet in a detailed way.
I feel bad if I don't take a picture of this building. Because it's a beautiful structure.

Bugün size Ankara'nın en sevdiğim tarihi binasından bahsedeyim. Görsel olarak göz dolduran bu tarihi yapı 1929 yılında İş Bankasının 3. Genel müdürlük binası olarak yaptırılmış. Mimari türk kökenli Giulio Mongeri amcadır. Binanın yapısına da Selçuklu ve Osmanlı mimarisinin izleri görülür. Bu binayı çekici yapan şey belki de bu izlerdir.
Şimdilerde burası artık bir iş bankası değil. .
Ulus Meydanında eskiden iş bankasının Ulus Heykel Şubesi olarak bilinen bina şu anda yaşantısına Türkiye İş Bankası İktisadi Bağımsızlık Müzesi olarak devam ediyor ...
Tarihi müzede Türk kurtuluş savaşına ve bankanın iktisadi bağımsızlık tarihine dair fotoğraf, belge, obje ve filmler sergileniyormuş. Henüz içine girmek kısmet olmadı. Dışına arada uğrasam da... 🙈
Her önünden geçtiğimde üç beş kare fotoğrafını almassam bana küsecekmiş gibi hissettiğim canım bina bugün çok güzeldi.
🙈😄 Biliyorum küsmeyecek ama var böyle absürt takıntılarım...
