Witness is a person who really wants to contribute to Hive.
So don't ever want to choose a witness who absolutely doesn't do anything to contribute to the Hive.
Because we choose to support Them to vote on appropriate posts.
So when choosing witnesses, investigate first to contribute to the hive or not.
