Dear Hive Community

You should strive to keep your motivation high. However, in some cases this may not be possible. To do this, you need to be a bit more disciplined and a little more disciplined than you are and encourage yourself to get started.

Currently we are losing our motivation as most part of the world is under the lockdown situation and have no jobs and basic amenities with them, which is de motivating them day after day. So I decided to give simple little tips to help the community and the world.

20 little tips to keep your motivation at the highest level.

1. Keep Notes on Your Private Life

Keep a diary containing your goals, aspirations and dreams. Whether you can write on your computer or in a notebook, it's up to you. List the steps you need to take in order to reach your dreams, not what you do all day long. This notebook will only help you remember what you want and the steps that will take you to those dreams. These notes will remind you of what you need to do to get what you want in life.

2. Identify When You Feel Good and Convert Those Moments to Advantage

In some articles you are told that you have to get up early in the morning for some things, but you may be working at night. Instead, our advice to you is to discover which times of the day you feel better, identify moments when you need motivation and strive to take advantage of these times.

3. Start Day with Gaye

Do not let your life flow, have a realistic and strong purpose. This goal should be something important and emotional enough to lift you from your seat. So don't just focus on general motivation techniques, because nobody knows what makes you happy better than you do.

4. Get a Habit of Taking a Shower

One of the most basic ways to deal with difficult conditions is to stay fit by taking a shower frequently. If you are not bothered to take a shower, you will be one step closer to your dreams that will keep your body and mind fit throughout the day.

5. Check Your Energy, Not Time

You cannot control the elapsed hours because time is limited. 60 seconds creates 1 minute, 60 minutes 1 hour and 24 hours 1 day. This is not in your hands. That's why you can't control the time, right? Instead of checking time, you can keep your motivation at the highest level throughout the day by controlling your energy. Be aware of your energy and try to spread your energy to a day by thinking about how much energy you should use in which case.

6. Don't forget to take occasional small breaks

You cannot focus on things for hours. Make it a habit by taking small breaks of 10 minutes every hour while working, so your motivation will not fall easily.

7. Do Your Heavy Work Piece by Piece

If some things seem big and impossible for you, doing them piece by piece will help you keep your motivation high. Instead of avoiding doing huge jobs that seem impossible, it will be in your interest to cut them apart and spread them over time. If you do your work one by one, it will make you feel that you have completed your work more easily.

8. Get Away From Your Worries

Get rid of your worries! If you think your concerns are a problem for you, you should be free of your worries. Is this a book writing concern? You can start writing the first page as soon as possible. Worried about exercising? You can start with small routine walks. Want to write an article? You can start by writing a paragraph. After taking the first step, make sure the rest will come. As long as you don't be afraid to take the first step.

9. Read Books on Motivation

You should always keep your motivation higher than you want. Never let your motivation run out. Motivation books will help you provide the motivation you need to reach your goals.

10. Write Your Achievements

Writing your achievements in a notebook every week will excite you when you read this notebook again and will inspire you. This success can be: small things, for example, answering a very long e-mail that comes to you, or something more important, such as being invited as a speaker at a seminar. Write down everything that is important to you and accomplish it, write that you will be able to see your success in the future and be encouraged again.

11. Listen to something that you like at least once in the week and make you happy

You can do this even at work, because you don't have to concentrate too much on this. It is really important for your motivation to listen to things that will inspire and inspire you when you check your emails, pay your bills or clean your office, your home.

12. Act By doing sports

You can bring your motivation to a higher level by providing the happiness that your body needs and by the more work of the happiness hormone. You don't have to go to a gym to do this, you can create wonders for your motivation with the simplest example of simple walks with your neighbor or routine, basic exercises at home.

13. Always Remind Yourself Why You Do Something

Making simple reminders to yourself about how to achieve your goals will increase your motivation to achieve your goals. Click on that post and read a few lines. Just click on this post, it's not difficult, is it? Read a few lines and reconsider what you want now. "Yes" we thank you. Now go and do what matters to your life.

15. Focus on Progress, Not Perfection

Sometimes it is tiring and frightening to think about what happened before. Instead of looking forward, look back at the past and see what you have been doing in this flowing time.

16. Mission to Explain Your Goals

Announce your goals to everyone. Send emails to those you know about it. Share on Facebook. Write a blog on this subject. Inform people about future projects.

17. From time to time, share your troubles with those around you

There are moments when everyone experiences psychological breakdowns from time to time. Feel free to talk to your friends at such moments. Share this with the people you trust and love. You cannot carry the entire burden of life on your back. People are creatures created to socialize, so people share their troubles, happiness, troubles, and concerns by talking.

18. Be Aware of Your Priorities

You must satisfy yourself. You must have a mission. Realize what makes you passionate about your business. If you know all of these, what you need to consider achieving your goals will seem clearer to you, right?

19. Be Aware Of Time

Do you know how long you will live? With a small account, if you are in your 30s, you probably have less than 20,000 mornings left to make a diagnosis in your remaining life. Try putting an automatic meter next to your bed, as you realize your remaining time, you will not want any of your days to be wasted.

20. If You Are Thinking To Meet Your Responsibilities, Review This Again

Can you really live with the consequences of not fulfilling your responsibilities, duties and duties? If you say "I cannot live" then fulfill your responsibilities. If you say "I can live" with them, stop and think again and ask yourself again, but this time, answer honestly. Motivate yourself and fulfill your responsibilities. Do this now because tomorrow may be really late.

At this time in our lives we all need motivation, try to see the other side of the coin and not focus on the bad, that to create as a kind of map or sheet of our goals and dreams is a good strategy, plan, organize our days or weeks, be focused on doing something daily to improve in any aspect, either physical exercise, or mental and intellectual reading a book as you say.

There are many things we can do to keep that spark going in us!
